Saw an advertisement on Dallas Craigslist for special deals for carpet sales and installation so called the company Pinnacle Flooring Company and spoke to Juan Rodriguez. He came by and measured the size of carpet needed for replacement and the brought samples. Once a sample was picked by my representative (realtor), he said the work would begin the following day in the morning so needed the 50% down payment form the total costs.
Once the money was paid to him, he said that the work crew would arrive the following day, Saturday morning. We called Saturday afternoon only to be told that the work would rather begin on Monday morning. Monday morning there was no call and no show of anyone. He apologized and said someone misled him so he would refund the money paid. Up until now, he has since not answered any texts or calls and is still keeping my money, over $1000.
