Ordered a trial sample of Piero skin care cream with a sample of eye serum too. Only had to pay shipping and handling. Well not true. 3 weeks later they charged my card an additional 89.29 for the eye serum and 98.09 for the wrinkle cream. When I called they said it stated I needed to send the trial back if I didn't want to get charged. Huge ripoff. I am sure there will be a class action suit.

I usually don't buy anythig off line, and now here is one more good reason not to. This pop-up appeared on my computer one day(Oct. 18, 2016) from L'Etoile and Illustra, advertising FREE samples of their skin care products. All I was to do was to pay shipping and handling, which I did. The products arrived in the mail about a week later. They lasted about a week to 10 days and were gone. No where in any of the paperwork or packaging did it say that if I didn't like the product, I had to send it back, nor did it say anything about charging me $98.09 for the products after two weeks. I just called them today to ask them why they took almost $100.00 out of my account. The representitive then told me "Well, when you got the product in the mail, you had two weeks to try it out and if you didn't send it back, then we charge you the full price of the product." I was outraged that they would charge me that kind of money for "free products"! They are slime bags and need to be put out of business! $98.09 for "FREE" products...and they will not refund my money!

Piero Eye Cream and Letoile Skin Cream

Both the Piero Eye Cream and Letoile Skin Cream companies are master rip-off artists. They are not to be trusted. I ordered them once on a trial basis and received a second order which i did not order. Both companies charged me again. I returned the products and have asked for a refund to my Visa card which they still have not done. My request for refund was done on May 16, 2017. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I ordered a sample of L'etoile skin cream for $4.94 on 5/23/17. When the package arrived, I carefully looked over the minimal paperwork that a. O panned it. No where did it state that I had to contact them within 14 days to cancel or else be charged an additional amount. On 6/14/17, I was charged for an additional $73.57. When I called to complain I was told this information was on the website.

I never ordered directly from the website, but rather from an advertisement which did not have this disclaimer on it. On 6/23/17 when I received my bill, I called the company and was told that they could only send me a 30 day supply for which I would be charged as recompense. I declined and told them to delete my account. I received a cancellation number...LJU61551771. I feel this charge is fraudulent.

This company is a scam

I had the exact same experience that the others have had. I paid a small $5 or so shipping charge and was told that was all I would pay. Then I just noticed two separate charges -one for $89.06 and one for $97.58. I used my debit card and fear I have no recourse. They have blatantly stole my money. They need to be shut down and some attorney out there could make a lot of money with a lawsuit.

I was offered a face cream sample for about $7, which I got in the mail after a few days. My credit card was charged the amount agreed on October the 5th 2017.

Today I saw they charged my credit card $97.58 on octobner 21st and appears as a rcurring charge I have never authorized. There are other claims about this scam on the internet. Whether the product was shipped back within two weeks or not, customers never got they money back.
