I Highly do not recommend this billing service. There company has done nothing but miss out on my billings and is terrible on follow up on denials! I have over 30-40% denials monthly despite finding that over 30% of my billings were missed! I have requested reports on several occasions which I have never been sent! Upon reading several reviews, this is an ongoing problem. When asked why things aren't done I get excuse after excuse which comes from the biller to the owner! No one wants to fix a problem and blames it on someone else in the company! They cannot get it together despite anything that is requested. As a professional who is being paid for a service to atleast 1/2 way perform as requested. When I call to speak about their services no one takes charge and hands it down to someone else. There is no communication or professionalism in this company which has become very frustrating---much more reason to not recommend!
