I wanted to get this item in time for my mom and step dad a personalized moon globe on a stand with their picture engraved on it and a saying on the back of the globe. Apparently they have no update since I ordered it and they confirmed the order on Nov 30,2018. I purchased it for $39.95. And I have emailed twice I get no answer. I have learned from other people they sometimes dont get the order until over a month later or they get double charged or its the wrong picture or it doesnt light up when you tap it. Or the just dont respond to your email, they dont refund people that are not satisfied nor refund for the overcharges sometimes people have paid even triple the price. They are ripping people off and there is no way to reach them. No address and people say the email address they provide is fake. They advertise on facebook misleading people.

I paid for it via paypal and fortunately, Paypal agreed to a refund from the seller. I emaled photoscup MANY MANY times, to be told "its on the way look at the tracking" and the tracking number was incorrect!!!! 6 months later and I finally got a refund through paypal at least but the company "photoscup" are unprofessional and a complete scam! Do not bother if I was you :) I am not one to leave bad reviews but this service was absolutely pathetic.
I did receive mine, but quality was so bad it is hard to make out the picture. I've been emailing with the company trying to get a replacement one, but of course they want shipping. They've been responding to me within 1-2 days though. I will NEVER order from them again, that's for sure.

These were supposed to be thoughtful gifts but yet nothing has been sent out. I ordered this in September and yet to receive any type of email except for the one confirming my order. I will not stop till we all get our money or our goods back and this company is shutdown!!!!!

Ordered personalized moon globe the beginning of December, finally got it yesterday and the quality is awful. The picture is about 1" x1", the pictured came out horrible, very dark and fuzzy and the saying on the back is crooked. Don't order from them.
I ordered a photo moon lamp Dec. 26, 2018 and it just arrived Jan. 29, 2019. It's very disappointing the picture is fussy and is only about 2"x2"--not 3D at all like the picture they post. What a waste of money! Try Amazon instead as their reviews are pretty good! DON'T ORDER!!!
I am so disappointed in this site I ordered a gift for someone over a month ago and no one responds back to you, they just send you automated responses. They will not refund you your money, they basically took the money upfront and will not give you the money back and will not explain to you why your product has not even left the site, then they tell you 7 to 10 days, then they tell you because of the Christmas holidays a week or two delay will be expected, which is not true because it is been over a month and I have not received my order I bought for someone and no one will respond back. Do not order anything from this site it is not worth it to lose your money for nothing.

I have a bad feeling that I have been scammed. This company is like a ghost town. No responses to emails regarding my order on 12/2/18. I think I am going to open a fraud case with my credit card company to get my money back for non-delivery of goods.
