Phoenix Neurosurgery PLLC Reviews

  • Oct 18, 2016

On October 17th, 2016, I had an appointment with Dr Feridoon Parisoon at Phoenix Neurosurgery. It took me over a month just to get this appointment, and I had to wait another month just to see Dr Parisoon. I arrived at his office around 10:22, early as I misjudged the traffic.

My 11:30am appointment was pushed back to 12:30pm, a full hour, for no reason. Then, after knowing full well for a month, and letting me come in to his office, and waste two hours waiting, then Dr Parisoon decided that he would not see me. Apparently, as I was discharged by a prior doctor, he would not see me. How he would have obtained such information is not clear, as he should not have had any contact with either the prior doctor nor the adjuster unless the adjuster was telling Dr Parisoon what diagnosis to make.

There is no way, that in the month that it took to get an appointment with Dr Parisoon, nor the month between setting the appointment and the actual appointment, that he was not made aware of any relevant information to my case. Anything else was not relevant, and he has no legitimate or ethical reason to refuse care, though I likely saved a lot of trouble and a deliberate misdiagnoses by not being seen by him. He has proven to be dishonest.

There is also no reason he could not have called me, at any time before the appointment, or my attorney's office, to cancel, however illegitimate the reason. There was also no reason to force me to wait two hours, knowing full well that he was not going to see me and knowing full well I had been waiting for two hours.

During the time I was there, two other patients were forced to leave without care as well. So this is not an isolated incident. This was deliberate and planned. While it may well be legal, given the lack of a functioning and uncorrupted health department oversight of medical professionals in the state of Tennessee. I have already proven that with my first deliberate misdiagnoses of my injury. The health department refuses to investigate or shut down any office.

Dr Feridoon Parisoon has no business being a doctor or any medical professional. His behavior is a clear violation of his Hippocratic Oath. Until his credentials are revoked, let this be a warning to anyone looking for a neurosurgeon; avoid Dr Feridoon Parisool.
