I ordered this product from an internet ad. It stated that I would pay $4.95 shipping & handling. I was not told anything else. The next day I called the number in the confirmation e mail , only to be told at that time, that by ordering the trial that I would be sent the product on a regular basis for $84. +. I advised that I didn't want the product or the trial and was told that I had to wait til I received it to get a refund of the $4.95 to my credit card account. Upon checking my credit card account, I learned that I had been charged a foreign transaction fee as well... So I have no idea where this place is located for sure... I was instructed to write a number on the package when it arrived & return it for the credit. The product took 2 weeks to arrive, so I know it had not been shipped when I called & cancelled it.

I returned the package when it arrived, unopened the way I was instructed. I waited several days, and no refund. So I disputed it with my bank. They will not refund unless the company tells them to.

I have sent this company several e mails & they keep sending me back the same automated e mail, saying that my concerns have been previously addressed....finally I got an e mail with a phone number, which I called. Bottom line, they have no intentions of refunding the money period...

Just want everyone to know about horrible customer service & don't order anything from them.

Careful!!!!!!

Ordered a sample of the TESTX product same as above for $4.95, and got an 3rd party verification phone call. During the call the quickly ask if you will accept a full size bottle of that product and another. No price mentioned or the fact that it is a reoccurring automated shipment and billing. To cancel this unrequested order you must call their customer service and return the unordered product at your expense. we'll see if any charges get billed or refunded but this will certainly result in a disputed charge. This is a blatent scam here. Next site to visit is the official FBI Internet scam reporting site.

Offered a free sample of garcinia clean only pay £2.95 postage through what looked like an amazon email, I read everything then a few days later got an email saying I will be sent a monthly supply at cost of £80 per month, if I want to cancel I must return the free sample within 14 fays, problem is I have not received anything so obviously can't return it. Iv asked for a tracking number but the only reply I get is, someone will contact you in 24 hrs. The telephone number does not work, iv found 5 emails for this company and msg each with no luck. Its obviously a con. Iv had to cancel my bank card, really annoyed as I read everything before sending for free sample avoid at all costs £80 month will leave your bank its a con nothing more

You are led to believe that you are recieving a bottle of supplement drugs as a free sample. Just pay shipping of 4.95. When you order, all of a sudden there is a shipping guarantee fee of 3.95. Then there is a couple of small foreign fees. I immediatly call to cancel the shipping guarantee to no avail.. I then canceled the further shipment clause and was then charged another 39.00 . Don't know if the supplement is any good, but the company is totally unethical and a rip-off.. Do not buy from these people..Screw you from the start and they are listing under the pretense of an Amazon survey.. Take the survey and you can get a list of different rewards for doing the survey.. It can't really be an Amazon survey..The product I ordered was Garcinea. I've been screwed, lesson learned.

From $4.95 to $51.83.

All I did was order a free trial for lean extreme and was suppose to pay $4.95. All of a sudden they showed me a total bill coming to $51.83. I ordered one item and they said I ordered five items and a Phenom Health rewards program. Instantly these amounts were all pending on my bank account statement. I have several numbers to call tomorrow because of course they are closed now. If I can't get them to cancel all of this then I have to Dispute transactions with my bank. It is all through Phenom yet the bank has several different phone numbers to call on each of these products. I have learned my lesson. Will never order on line again. Also the rewards program will start charging me next month and Lean Xtreme will be sending me a monthly amount costing like 80 dollars. Talk about a company screwing people. I am retired on a fixed income I do not need this stress. If you pray please do so for me that I get out of this mess. Thanks for reading.

On Saturday 1/21/17, I was looking up a diet pill that my daughter was interested in trying. She had sent me a link about a student at Cornell named Amanda. The link included an ordering website. The website states that a 30 day trial is offered for only the cost of shipping ($4.95). Nowhere on the site does it mention the cost of additional supplies, so I had to proceed into the checkout window in hopes of getting more information. I put in my name, location and credit card info because it wouldn't let me go any further without it. It wasn't until step 2of3 in the "checkout process" that a screen popped up recommending that I purchase a second diet aid before completing my order. I was able to read in tiny print, at the bottom of the screen, where IF I completed my order I would be enrolled for AUTO BILL and AUTO SHIP for all future supplies at the cost of $80 dollars a month. At this time I backed out of the site and thought no more of it.

Later the same day I noticed a charge on my bank account of $4.95 labeled Sexyherbdiet. I imediately got back onto the link my daughter had sent. Of course, there was no contact information. I called my bank to report the fraud. Luckily the bank found a number attached to the pending charge. I called (sexyherbdiet) 844-465-0027. I was stuck in a loop recording for 15 min until it only gave me the option to leave a message for a return call. So I did. I have yet to rec'v that call back. So now I decided to look them up via my laptop. I found the same website, but this time there was contact info there. So I called (Supreme fit Garcinia) 844-965-6886. This time I spoke to a rep named Mya. She couldn't find any record of an order being placed, but she also couldn't explain how the charge got onto my account. She transferred me to a "supervisor" named Evana who said the same thing. No order found and that it was likely the pending charge would just "fall off my account", but she had no idea how it got there. She asked if I had rec'vd a confirmation email. NO, I have not. She said then no order was placed.

Now, it's Sunday 1/22/17. I wake up to...you guessed it. A confirmation email from yet another company name...Phenom Health. There is number at the bottom, So I call (Phenom) 877-591-6118. Of course, they are CLOSED on Sunday. Then, a live chat window pops up. So, what the hell....I begin to tell my story to Phillip. He of course is able to find ALL my information. I confirm the name and address. He then refuses to acknowledge my complaint/concern. He says that I DID place and order and he cannont explain who those other companies are or those other phone numbers. He proceeds to give me his Customer Serv numbers. (877-591-6118 and 888-563-0376.) I tell him to stop all shipment. I do NOT want any of this product and to refund/ remove the shipping charge from my account. He says "the order was placed yesterday, I cannot do that". In my frustration, he offers to cancel my membership, (that I never signed up for) and ship me the 30 days supply at a discounted rate of 30.00. So, I'm FORCED to rec'v a shippment that I DID NOT order, PAY FOR IT. Then, once it gets here send it back at my expense? That, is FRAUD!

Now, thanks to these jerks, I have to cancel my debit card and wait for a new one. I'm NOT going to let them bill me for some bull crap that I DID NOT ORDER!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT SUPPLEMENTS, GO TO YOUR LOCAL NUTRITION STORE.

Their Trial offer is not Free! You pay for shipping, and if you keep the product, they charge you $39 and start shipping you product in 15 days. If your are late they charge you $69. and none of this is stated when you place the order.

Bought product based on offer of 15 day trail for two products Tex Core and Max Shred. It was advertized as a free 15 day trial then auto renewal for next month. Stated you can cancel before the 15 day trial if you did not want to renew and you can keep the trial shipment. First thing they did after getting credit card informatip was to chrge the shipping cost then added an un authorized charge for shipping security. When I called to cancel trial was told that I was already charged for next month and it was not even 15 days into trial. Then told that I needed to send back products of be charged 50% of cost.

This is definitely an credit card ripoff.

total ripoff

ordered a 15 day trial, takes longer than that to arrive and the trial date is from the date you placed the order, they then bill you for the full amount £150 because you haven't returned the order within 15 days, you cant return what you haven't got. getting a refund is almost impossible KEEP WELL CLEAR A TOTAL SCAM

This company,,Phenom Health, is a total ripoff. I did a trial offer of their cerebral x which was advertised for 4.95 plus shipping. I received the cerebral x along with two other bottles of supplements which i didn't order. On top of the 4.95 my cc was charged 39.98. I immediately called them and demanded they stop charging me for product i didn't order. The rep told me my subscription was cancelled and i would not be charged again. What BS. Now there is a charge on my cc for 65.53. I'm afraid i have to cancel my credit card now because i believe this scam company will keep charging me monthly for something i didn't want and did not order. Beware trial offers. Charges!

Different companies started tacking on charges to my card and only refunded a quarter of what they took for the so called samples and some kind of Member fee as well! I should have known!

I saw an ad on Instagram for their garcinia Cambogia product. I read about their product and thought hey I'll give it a shot. I was getting ready to purchase ( I had put my name, address and credit card info in). However, as I was getting ready to confirm the purchase I saw a terms & conditions section and hit the button to look at those terms and conditions. I did not like their terms, so I exited the screen without ever purchasing the product. Several days later I got an email that the items i ordered were shipped. I contacted phenom Health to see why I was charged for items that I never purchased. Their customer support agents refused to listen to me and claimed that I did purchase the pills (I know I didnt, I never hit to confirm the purchase). I asked for a refund, they refused. So, I continued to send daily emails to them explaining what they did to me, that it's ILLEGAL and that it's identity theft and credit card fraud.

They still refused to give me my money back. I got the pills and never opened them...just wrote return to sender on them. Even after receiving the pills back, unopened, they still refused to give me my money back. Granted all they charged me was $6.95 for the pills and $4.95 for the shipping. However, it's the principle of the matter that they frauded me, which is illegal. And God only knows if they'll try to charge me again in the future.

This was an offer that promised excellent results with vitamins that would make you feel better. All you were responsible for was the shipping charge. I had already paid this so I put the package in the closet and forgot about it until I saw my bank statement and found several charges totaling for; DAP*Robusthealthonline,$4.95, Geratlp*Newlivingdiet$6.95,Ejn*Cognitiveboost$2.95,Jcp*Smartpillshop$84.71and a recurring card purchaseGeratip*Newlivingdiet$79.31 totaling, $178.87. I will send this product back and finally got the address to send it to and the 'product numbers' that are required for their return. I will file a complaint with Oregon Department of Justice, Consumer Fraud @the Attny Generals Office after I cancel these charges with my bank.

I ordered a free trial of one product (advertised for a specific medical issue) and was told I would receive it within 7-10 days. Arriving within that time period would be a signal to me to cancel further participation with the company. But it didn't come until the day the 15-day trial period expired.

Also, another product, which I did not order, was included in the package and I was charged more for shipping even though it was included in the same package.

On the day the free trial expired, I was charged close to $90 for continuing products from the company, which I did not want. I had not even tried or had time to try the first product they sent, so how did I know whether I wanted to continue?

I phoned the company, cancelled anything further, and, after hasseling with them on the phone for a long time, was promised a refund of the nearly $90 (since I cancelled within the 15 days free trial period. But they would not refund the second shipping fee.

But then they insisted that I return the product they sent as a free trial, along with the other one, AT MY OWN COST.

BEWARE of this company! They are slick! They time their shipments to suck you in to continuing to get products from them at enormous cost.

I feel like a fool. I should have read all these reviews before placing my order. All I can say is "ditto" to what everyone else has posted. Don't buy from this company. Fraud.

Beware of dealing with this company. They flaim to offer health supplement merchandise on a "free" trial basis for which all you are supposed to pay is the shipment, but this actually includes a "hidden" monthly subscription for repeated deliveries of items that your credit card will also be charged. My credit card company alerted me to these suspicious charges and I believe they stopped payment. Trying to contact Phenomhealth by phone seems impossible -- always no answer when I tried. I eventually tried communicating with them by using their oonline "chat" feature where an agent supposedly named "Phil" kept stringing me on with all kinds of evasions of my insistence that I do not agree to these charges. After repeated attempt to cancel all of this "deal" (a least an hour back and forth online through their "chat" feature, I was eventually issued RMA code for returning the deceptively delivered merchandise at my own expense. We'll see how this develops and whether charges will appear on my credit card. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT DEALING WITH THIS DECEPTIVE MERCHANDISING SCAM

This company did not access me to cancel the membership. I am stuck!

I called in to cancel the product, however the lady answered the phone kept talking so fast and did not allow me to cancel to stop the shipment (so called membership). Instead, the sales rap kept talking about extend the membership. I asked her to call the manager and I simply would like to cancel the shipment of the product. but they did not agree to cancel. I never heard any company block me to cancel the product. I am very upset.

Company offered free trial of dietary suppliment, only i pay shipping charge of 4.95. In fine print which was hazed over and impossible to read, they automaticly enroll you into a progam that withdraws $80. or more from your bank account monthly. To get out of this program you have to call within 15 days of your 1st order.

Also there were two other charges withdrawn from my account in addition to the 4.95 shipping.

Responded to an ad on the internet about a "free"sample/trial of CerebralX. There wss nothing free. Website kept adding other products with decline ability in small print, thin fonts, buried at the bottom of the page that was not easily spotted. Still had to pay for shipping. OK fine! Get to cart, I can't remove any extra items that had been inadvertantly added before I spotted the almost hidden declinations. They already had my info by this time. Yeah, I should have bailed when the usual order procedure was upside down. Extra products were on the charge and no way to back out or cancel at checkout. I immediately called their customer service and they did backout the extra, but had to wait usual business days for it to fall off the card. I never opened the product after it arrived. Glad I didn't!

This morning I awoke to an $84 charge to my account. Called customer service again but this time I got real angry as the girl kept trying to hawk other products.

Kept telling her all I wanted was the unaithorized charge removed and to cease and desist any firther charges and dealings with me. I was very, very clear and precise in my words. Finally, I was passed to a "supervisor." A supervisor who argued with me whether I authorized the charge or not! Finally, got her to backoff the charge, after I return the product (of course at my expense). Again glad I did not open up the bottle. They probably would have pro-rated me! Soon as my bank opens I will be shutting down the account and soon as this major hassle is over, switch to the new account. What a royal pain in the butt. Not going to leave the door open with this non-trustworthy company. If there is a class action suit, or FTC complaint sign me up! But this is also the kind of schlock firm that will cut and run! "Buyer beware!) I should have known better. It starts with the website. If it is not easy to read and follow, get out of there. If it is legit, they need to make the site accurate. In the meantime, just don't buy! As far as CerebralX and Phenom Health - the product probably doesn't work and at $84 it most assuredly doesn't work to justify the price!

They are sending my father weight loss and brain supplement that He did not ask for or order. I'm looking up the company they have a million different numbers for a million different supplements. Call the numbers and dial to get a person it goes to vm. Then you do online chat, you get a "person" named Phillip who does not write good English which is an immediate warning sign you are not talking to someone from the US. Confirmed when I asked for a good phone number and I was given an out of the country number. I then was given a U.S. number that asked me to choose between two vitamins to get my help. Neither were the supplements we were sent. But i oicked one, i was then asked to give the phone number or email that was used for the purchase. Well we didnt use anything BECAUSE we didnt purchase anything!! told this to the online person, who said he was sorry and he could help, so he then asked for the phone number or email used. I told him WE DIDN'T USE ANY!! So he then said I need to call the customer service number

This is one of the biggest rip off in the health care world. The Company should not be allowed to flinch a single citizen. They promised easy cancel service, but they still charge you even if you plan on sending they product back within the allowed time period. I am on a fixed income, retired U.S.Army and do not feel as if i have any rights. I hope that the AG will stop these crooks from their illegal practices.

SCAM

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! All of the below reviews are 100% accurate. Unfortunately, I wish I would have researched the company prior to purchasing. I have disputed all charges with my bank as fraud, however the company will NOT STOP CALLING ME! I get 15 -20 calls PER DAY regarding the Garcinia Lean Xtreme product. Calls come from several different countries. If I block the number, they just call from another.

TOTAL RIP OFF!

Do not order anything from this company it is a total fraud I will be reporting them to trading standards.

  • Sep 13, 2017

Please do not order!

I am living in the UK and saw there advertisement for a free trial of Wild Raspberry Ketone online.

My friend had just started with a gym membership and was determined to loose weight, so I thought it would be great to order a free trial to give it as a gift to her. The moment I finished the order for the cost of about £5 I saw a small print stating that you are enrolled in a membership and automatic order after you ordered.

Went straight away on the phone and was relived to hear that the will cancel any enrolment.

Got an email confirming this only minutes later.

So I thought all is good, but it was just the beginning of an email war.

Got the product delivered and as I said, it was a present so I confirmed the delivery per email and agreed to be charged but under the condition that no other orders will be placed and no membership attached to my name.

They confirmed this again only to sent an email out that another order was placed in my name.

In the end I had send about 6 emails with my cancellation and they kept ignoring it.

I was so frustrated that I sent a final email telling them that I kept all correspondence between this rouge firm and myself on record and was willing to use it to prove my case.

Demanded the new order cancelled and my so called account with them as well.

Got email back stating that they have closed my account and no more orders will be shipped out and that I can keep the product (how gracious of them as I had already paid for it).

I do hope this is the end of the saga.

Please do not deal with this people. They are luring customers into free trials only to gain access to unauthorized charges of credit cards.

If you ordered cancel straight away and keep all your email. If you do it by phone record the call.

This firm is a online scam!

  • Aug 3, 2017

(This is what I emailed their tech support after getting off the phone with their customer service)

"The only reason I agreed to pay shipping for this "free" product is because it was offered by Amazon and they've never steered me wrong, until now.

I make nearly all of my purchases online and I've only come across about 3 companies as dishonest in their business practices as this one. Not only are you lying about receiving a free product, since you charge them EIGHTY-NINE dollars for an ineffective dosage of nonproven ingredients, unless they cancel, but you make them pay for return shipping!

AND you make it very misleading in the cancellation process by highlighting "Easy Cancel" as a big green button while managing to fit "we'll charge you $38.71 to keep it" in smaller print, with a dull gray box for "need more options". JUST LET ME CANCEL THIS CRAP PRODUCT! Believe this, as a personal trainer and supplement junkie for the last 13 years, I will be writing reviews of this company and warning as many people as possible."

Additional note: I went to Amazon to read some reviews and every person who purchased their products claim there was no difference after taking them. Like I said, ineffective dosage of nonproven ingredients. Garbage.

  • Jun 17, 2017

Somehow this company managed to get a hold of my credit card number without my knowledge unfortunately I did not check my statement as closely as I should’ve so this has continued for quite a few months without my knowledge. The amount was about $86 I call them last month and told them to cancel it yet they still charged me again this month

  • Jun 10, 2017

This company lures you in through fake gifts for participation in surveys and then when asked to pay for shipping, you start getting charged for monthly fees. I was contacted by the company and I directly asked if there was an additional fee and after beating around the bush they admitted it and I told them to cancel everything, including the free trial. Three days later I get an email stating my product was shipped and now after calling the company, my only option according to them is to ship it back or pay more money and keep it when cancelling. So I have to ship back a product to a foreign company, that I didn't want in the first place and was only interested in based on the false pretenses under which I agreed to a shipping charge only.

  • Jun 6, 2017

I also, along with what appears many others have been ripped of by the company that cause itself phenom health . I was also notofied that I could recieve access to two free supplements if I paid the shipping only and had 14 days to refuse any other shipments.

I called to cancel as advised, only to be told that I had gone over the cancel date by one day and as such would be charged full price for the three supplements that I had been sent (not sure why 3 supplements had been sent when i only asked for two, but as a disabled individual I put the whole episode down to bad judgement on my behalf and thought no more of it.

Yesterday my wife, who handels our financials was doing a mini 6 monthly audit and pointed out that the same company was still charging me a monthly fee of $19.80 and this has gone on for 5 months I am in the process of trying to get the charges stopped but let this be a lesson to anyone thinking of doing business with this company.

Ordeded NO MAX SHRED for $5.95, They called next day to confirm credit card # and said they couldnt use it because it was a Debit card. So I told them to cancel the order. Next day they bill me $2.95 For an order of TEST X CORE which I did not order. Tried calling 1-855-660-1956 to cancel both. No clear English speaking help. Said both had to be returned seperatly with seperate return RMA #s. Days later both items arrived in custom fitted box together. Still unsure how to return without being charged fo one or the other or both

  • May 13, 2017

Phenom Health promoted their new product by offering free samples. Customer only paid shipping charge of $5.95. However, once they had my credit card info, I was informed that if I had "joined" a program and that would cost $$$ per month if I did not call and cancel within 15 days of original order.

I received the initial order, looked at the ingredients and decided to cancel my "program". I called the number provided and discovered that if I kept the "free sample", I would be charged for the sample. Full price was $38-39.

To verify the information I was given over the phone via an automated system (NOT a person), I went to the website. There, I discovered a Retrun Material Authorization number (REQUIRED) that was different from the info I had gotten from the phone call

At my expense, I had to send (via USPS with a tracking mechanism) the samples (unopened) to the address provided.

Bottom line. Phenom Health lied about the "free sample" and the ability to cancel easily. AVOID THE HASSLE. Don't do business with these hustlers.

  • May 8, 2017

They advertise the product got deal with Shark Tank, so the product could be trusted and they say free trial for shipping charges of $ 4.95. After receiving the product I been told that a charg of over $80 will be charged to my credit card every month or I can return the product full bottles on my own cost. I have used some pills and found them useless. Now I don't have full bottles to return. I am sure I will face the same problem as other gentleman reported. I am surprised this has not been reported to BBB. I don't see anything about this company or product on BBB. That's where I normally look before I buy anything

  • Apr 20, 2017

The company, Phenom Health, marketed 2 health products in UK called Daily Power Cleanse and Wild Raspberry Ketone on a TRIAL BASIS. I purchased these products for an affordable price of around £3 each using my credit card and the payments were noted in my account on 26th November 2016.

However a month later without my knowledge or approval I was charged around £150 for the 2 products which were sent to me without my requesting them. I later e-mailed the UK office and telephoned them to state that I did not request the products and that I was fradulently charged on my credit card. I was informed that the amounts would be refunded when I sent the 2 products back which I did by post. I also received by e-mail on 13th February 2017 from the company separate e-mails headed 'RETURN MECRCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION' with separate reference numbers for each returned product.

I subsequently called the UK office and was asked to send a copy of my postal receipt as proof of return of the items. This I did immediately but have yet to be offered the promised refund . Now when I call the UK office number there is no reply at all.

Please can a suggest what I canm now do to obtain my monies

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM -INTERNET FRAUD

Placed an order for a trial sample for 4.95 shipping. Then came charges on my credit card for "package protection" that was not ever mentioned and I did not agree to. You are supposed to get to try this product and if you like it, they will auto ship and bill at day 15 from the day you order. Well, day 14 came and no product. The tracking number hadn't even showed up via email like they said would happen when it shipped. So, I called the number several times and finally reached someone. Cancelled everything despite their fierce resistance. They agreed to refund the package protection charges but not the shipping. Like one other reviewer stated, I feel that they had not even shipped the product when I called on day 14. When the product did arrive 18 or 19 days after I ordered, I refused the package and returned to sender. According to USPS tracking, they have refused the package and it is coming back to me. So, I will have to spend more money to pay postage to return it.
