They run to the District Court and file all sorts of motions of property and wage garnishments without first sending any letter of representation or proof of owed debt from another collection agency, Cavalry Portfoliio Services, LLC. This debt I have is over 7 years and I made payments with another attorney collection agency and yet I'm getting different amounts that I owe. They hurry up and have the courts rule in their favor without giving you any options to work something out or look over the matter. They are a complete fraud and Maryland laws need to be changed regarding collection agencies. I have yet to see a break down of what is owed and what I paid. Its ridulous how old debt can be passed around to their "attorneys" who are collection agency.
