I purchased Auto-mate Standard v8.0 software online from Pergenex Software, LLC on 6/21/15 via PayPal for $39.99. This software would not activate for multiple attempts per the exact included instructions and when it finally did activate it has NEVER worked for me on Microsoft Outlook on Windows 8.1 nor Windows 10.
I contacted Pergenex repeatedly to fix the issue. It took months for Pergenex to respond to me. I was finally contacted by Pergenex (Frank Perugini) who offered some suggestions, none of which worked. Frank finally suggested that the issues would be resolved by upgrading to Auto-Mate Pro v9.0. So, I took his advice and purchased v9.0 on 11/9/15 via PayPal for $79.99. Upon installation there is no change and the software still does not work.
I have contacted Frank Perugini about this multiple times and initially he said that we would connect online so that he could see the problem first hand. Despite saying that he would try to resolve the issue, he has not and has been totally ignoring my messages. He has lied multiple times about scheduling an appointment online to try to fix the software. Why would you pay $120 to test this software, when they have free 30-day trials readily available? Tripling down like that after the first one didn't work doesn't seem like the brightest move...
