DISREPUTABLE and DECEITFUL to OUTRIGHT LIARS

Do not rate even 1 star. Returned product immediately after receipt on 12-15-15. Receipt of return acknowledged 1-5-16. Credit to account promised within 14 days. It is now almost July and despite ph calls and emails, their lies still are the only thing being honored. While I was only out 9.95, numerous others considerably more, but the entire company is crooked and their "consumer service" dept is the same kind of service the bull gives the cow. Almost certainly a criminal enterprise. Report filed w/ consumer protection and atty gen.

SCAM AND RUDE PROFESSIONAL STAFF

Ashley, the supervisor, was rude to me when I explained that I needed more infomation and someone else to contact since she said that she would not help me with my claim.

The product did not hold water, it leaked around the filters.

I was billed $50 for 3 filters that I did not order. The said it was in the emails they send, but I went through every single one and it is a flat out lie!

They refuse to refund me after 7 weeks of dealing with them.

Ashley I could not talk to her supervisor. That I had to send her(Assly) and email and she would forward it to her supervisor.

So if I want to complain about her, I send her an email so she can forward it.

She was completely rude and spoke over me and would not let me ask any questions. Then she hung up on me. I called back. They left me in the que until their closing time 5PM, then answered just to hang up on me.

STAY CLEAR…THIS IS S SCAM. Celia the first rude agent said that she is use to these calls, they constantly receive them.

This Water Filter Pitcher system is a scam to sell filters that have no filtration material inside and have no abilities whatsoever to clean the water as the water you put through the filter is the same water that you drink which has not been cleaned at all! The Pitcher looks like a good deal until you receive it and find that it is three times the size of the Pur Water Pitcher and when full of water weighs close to 12 lbs and because it is so large it will not fit comfortably on your counter very well and it takes up way to much space even if you can lift it when it is full of water!

Older generations know what I mean about being way too large and way too heavy to use! Then you find that your card is locked into a $169.99 payment every Three (3) months or so to get the required number of filters that do not seem to last very long by my calculations so $169.99 every Three (3) months is way too much and again the older generations will feel that when the money to pay for filters is actually coming off of your dinner table because your expensive new water is paid for by deducting money from you food allowance(s).

I tried to cancel, cancel, cancel my filters immediately and the company has deaf ears and will not comply and in fact this is "Sunday" and I find that they tried to get their money anyway out of my card which I have purposely kept without enough money to pay these charges so as to stop them if they tried to get my money even though I canceled this product many many times over for Two (2) months now I wake up and find that they are complaining to me that my card would not pay their billing and now they want me to provide another card number which is total BS!

I called my card people immediately and reported the scam and canceled my card out for a new reissued card with a new number which "your" card company will happily do for anybody that reports a scam and then you get a new card in over-night mail within Three (3) Days. I stopped these scammers and I now think that Scammers are worse than Hackers and should all be hung up on telephone poles to rot! Don't let these Scammers RIP YOU OFF! Fight back!

I was watching Perfect Aqua, LLC. video where the Perfect Aqua, LLC. giving the water purifier pitchers for free. It was nothing about any subscriptions to buy 3 filters during every 6 months and nothing about the high price ($49.95) of each filter. I did not find any info around the video about this. Also, Perfect Aqua, LLC. did not notify that the only choice of filters is their filters. I paid $9.95 and only after my payment went through I was surprised with the subscription of 6 filters per year for around $300. At the same moment, I phoned that company but it was late and I left the very firm message about cancellation of the order. I sent a reply on their order conformation email in ~ 2 minutes after I found out about the bite and switch scam. My reply was about the cancellation of the order. On the next day I phoned them again and the woman on the phone said that the order already sent to warehouse and it cannot be cancelled! Perfect Aqua, LLC. keeps us for idiots! They does not work over night to do shipping. They were lying and just did not want to cancel the order. Perfect Aqua, LLC. got my email and voice message but they anyway sent me that pitcher anyway. The woman on the phone promised to credit my money back when I will send back the pitcher that I did. (I insisted to get the UPS return label by email. I got it and I send the pitcher back without opening the box.) I phoned Perfect Aqua, LLC. 512-634-8847 (phone number on junk email of the creator of this scam Ian S.) to ask when I will get my money back. The male on the phone said that it is non refundable because it is a shipping fee! Today I disputed a transaction with my bank. Next time I will not be so kind to the sellers playing their games. I will dispute a transaction right the way when it is still pending and contact the US Trade Commission to report the scam. This is more complains on this company: http://perfect-water-purifier-aka-perfect-aqua-llc.pissedconsumer.com/warning-perfect-aqua-llc-water-purifiers-pitchers-***-and-switch-scam-20160127778758.html

This company used an infomertial to present their products. (If you bite they have several other products to offer.) They offer a free water purifier pitcher to a very limited number of customers (1 out of 10). the only condition mentioned is to pay $9.95 shipping.

Approximately 2 months after receiving the pitcher you receive a box of 3 filters and are billed $150. Their shipments arrive without invoice or order number. I immediately went to my bank and had the charge taken off my card.

I tried to return the shipment from Work and a UPS Store and was refused both times. Next I emailed the company for instructions and got what appeared to be a standard reply which didn't help. After my answering email another email which basically said I should have read their "agreement" which was not mentioned or available when they gave me this fine "gift".

Perfect Aqua apparently proceeded to convince 'wepay' to rip me off and return the $150 to them. This behaviour is documented on the web at scam monitoring sites
