im really angry

So i got this insurance because i did not want to penalized for not having coverage. Well thy said i could use my existing Drs and when i made an appointment they said i couldn't because they didnt take this ins. After a couple months i cancel it. So now its Feb 2019 and im waiting for a 1095A or 1095B. so i call them and they say they dont provide 1095s. Its the biggest scam out there and i feel stupid for getting that ins. So now im still going to get penalized for not having ins in 2018. How do people live with themselves after stealing peoples hard earned money. I hope yall burn in hell.

Pathetic company

In reply to im really angry:: I agree with you 100%. We went through the same crap. IRS took our tax refund and we had to pay in to the IRS over this sh#t eating company. No good for nothing, don't take it unless you want the IRS to take your hard earned money, on top of the yearly cost of this "plan" plus the medical cost incurred over this scamming company. We fell for it, 1 star is too many, should be -500 stars. Never Again blood suckers!!!!!

Bad deal

I haven't gotten the bill from my doctor yet but used the prescription card that cost extra with the plan. The medicine was almost twice the cash price with the card at CVS. I used a discount card instead and saved almost half of the cash price. What a scam!

Got a bill for 6k

Used it for my daughter and ended up getting a bill from her doctor for 6k!

Obviously they don’t cover much and the phone number doesn’t work to cancel.

The worst scammers ever

If there was a 0, that is what i would give them. They scam you into the insurance and RX plan and then don't know left from right. when you call for assistance. They answer all your questions when selling yiou as if it were the best insurance available. Seems no hospital or doctor accepts this insurance and it's a PPO? The providers state this company is not a true insurance company and does not pay. You would be dong your own claims and paper work to end up getting NO benefit from them whatsoever just to PAY THEM a premiums. After spending 2 8 hour days trying to get things done and questions answered when I spoke with many providers in hospital and clinics, I called them to get answers and nobody helped you but only transferred you from one person to another and no one new what the hell they were doing. Not even one week and i figured out they are not an insurance. I cancelled immediately and even that took me 8 more hours. If i don't see my return to my account this will definitely go to courts! Despicable to treat the sick and needy in this way!

Total SCAM - NOT INSURANCE!!!!

During open enrollment we were searching for a health insurance plan. We called Blue Cross (so we thought) and received a call back from "them" and the guy on the phone convinced us to go with a different insurance plan that was being offered through CHUBB. He said the rates were way lower because they don't offer pregnancy or substance abuse services with this plan. We were told it was a PPO. He had all the right answers to the questions that we asked about co-payments, benefits, labs, wellness, coinsurance, etc.. Now that we actually had to attempt to use this so called insurance we find out that it's a TOTAL scam and is NOT insurance. It's supposedly a medical discount program. Even if that's what it is, it only took $20 off of our daughters doctor visit and our doctor couldn't get ahold of the company on her second visit. So we lost over $1200 to premiums, just to get $20 off of our doctor bill (which still had us playing $90 for visit). We can't get ahold of "them" to cancel so we had to get a new credit card issued to stop future charges. Now we are screwed because it's out of enrollment time and we don't have a qualifying life changing event so are now forced to get short term medical insurance up until the next open enrollment time. Which means every three months we have to get a new short term policy.

STAY AWAY from anything that uses;

CHUBB

PERENNIAL CARE

UCA

MultiPlan Limited Benefit Plan

I don't know how these people can sleep at night and how companies like this are allowed to be in business.

Worthless scum on the bottom of our shoes

I feel for you. Please people, stay away from the above mentioned plans, don't be victims like we were, they need sued for false information. My husband and I both had this worthless coverage. They contacted us and when they started preaching, they said don't say anything but yes or no or we will have to start recording you from the beginning all over. Well, messed up a few times and started over. The sales Rep said they would be recording us, (I was on one phone, my husband on the extension), oh how I wish I could have and should have recorded what they said, like they did us. He talked so fast that the questions were hard to understand, I don't think he took a breath through his long questionnaire, he wanted us confused and that's what he got. He lied every word he said. I asked him after all his questions if they covered birth control pills and Pap tests and he said yes it does. I asked him about medication, and he stated no scripts would be over $4 generic, which is what we used with Anthem (Great Insurance, worth every penny by the way, we screwed up trying to cut corners with this other crap), generics was fine, but, that da#n card should have been shoved where the sun don't shine. I don't think any of our meds were ever $4, maybe $40+.. Dr. visits,$110 bucks, paid out of pocket except for $20 each time we went, which was few after we found out the lies about the coverage, we suffered instead of going to the Dr.. I hope and pray no elderly folks get scammed like we did, we had to pay the IRS AT TAX FILING TIME, THEY TOOK OUR WHOLE TAX REFUND , PLUS WE HAD TO PAY IN ON TOP OF THAT. THESE PEOPLE ARE LINING THEIR POCKETS WITH ALL OF OUR MONEY THAT WAS IN TOO FAR TO CANCEL A WORTHLESS PIECE OF PAPER. Any one that needs help on meds, go to goodrx.com online, it don't matter if you have insurance or not, if your scripts are lower with their card than your insurance, they pay almost all of it, just go to the site, I promise they were and will always be a lifesaver for us. Pitch their card in the trash. I could go on, but I think you get the picture of this company. SAD!!!!

Does not qualify as medical insurance. No major medical coverage. Was convinced i was covered with no deductible to meet and that my doctor accepts it which they won’t, nor will they file claims for have patient. It is not even recognized by the providers i was told would recognize it. I’m only out the initial $500 to enroll but i cannot recuperate it because the 30 cancellation policy period had elapsed. I am retired and on a fixed income. I don’t know what to do now as healthcare through government enrollment period expired. I had very little time to compare policies. I was duped
