I cancelled in December after signing up in November. I quickly realized but too late that they are fraudulent. I paid a signup ffee which was my first clue. In December they said they would refund mee. I just realized they have been collecting a $189.00mfee from my account ever since so they owe me well over $1000. I cant find a way of contacting them. I will need to cancel my debit card to stop this!
Health care plan that I was singed up for was in no way identical to the Anthem Blue Cross + Dental + Vision healthcare plan I had.
When challenged they just say no this is NOT HEALTH CARE. I was signed up thru a broker and they will not confirm who the broker was. They claim this is emergancy health insurance.
Don't allow ANY broker to sign you up for this level of "Health Care"
