The work conditions were unethical in regards to the level of activity performed at this place lack of proper clean room environment cleanliness was so terrible sick personnel allowed inside clean room iso5 environment. The boiling point for me was the intention to covering up the foul condition by using unnecessary amounts of alcohol over spraying inside closed isolation work clean room with improper protective clothing,which caused me to develop shortness of breath and sharp headaches. I Brought these issues up multiple times to all management and Quality control but no corrective actions were taken place. Not only am I concerned for my follow coworkers but also the patients in which are served. It’s a great disbelief a company which boasts "family” and "integrity” would do this. I’m greatly disappointed with Pentec health
