I "purchased" a vehicle from PCI Auto sales,I deposited $400.00 into Desiree Munoz's account for the license plate ,Munoz says to me it'll be a week, a week passed and I still haven't received my plates. I contacted Munoz by cell phone and would not answer my calls,I than tried via text she replied and said it'll be there the next day,I decided to wait a few more days still no plates. I contacted the DMV and they told me that the vehicle was transferred to me in August but no sign of my plates even the DMV contacted the dealership PCI Auto sales and said he has mailed it out 3 days prior to the phone call , well guess what another week has passed still no plates!! ,this is very frustrating as I trusted this person Desiree Munoz to do the right thing instead Munoz has been very rude and disrespectful towards me called me a b**** and to stop crying. Munoz own words to me in text - stop crying professional okay?? I wanna be rich not professional working for someone.The rich out there are not a bit humble and have no filter.They are my role models. So this shows what kind of person you're dealing with. I even asked for temporary tags again.....and no answer. VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Desiree Munoz is definitely a SCUMBAG!!!!! POS!!!!!!!!
