I have been working as an attendant for PPL since November 7 2017. I have submitted all of the required paperwork for processing also dated November 7. PPL to date, has not paid me the first time for hours worked. I am currently up to 245 hours and owed over $2200.00 in back pay. I have repeatedly contacted the customer service number only to be met with clearly incompetent people on the other end of the line. I am given multiple different answers as to what happened to my paperwork. PPL claims that they didn't get it any of the 7 times I sent it in, once they said they did get the employee agreement and processed it.

I was then told on December 8 that they had an issue with a background check I submitted Nov 7 that was processed and completed on Nov 22 and that it would be returned to me. They were requesting the middle name and DOB for my ex husband. I have not had contact with this person for almost 10 years. The form was mailed back to me even though I provided them with the information over the phone. It was not processed over the phone which held up my pay yet another week! When I did get the paper in the mail a week later, I reviewed it and found that the information they were asking for was actually complete and correct. One of their "genius" employees had actually highlighted it. I returned the backgroudn check to them in the mail that same day, faxed it to them and emailed it to them so they recieved it in triplicate. Today, December 14 I had a message from them sayin they still did not have the documentation and were missing parts of the employee agreement that I have sent them 7 times already that they confirmed was all there and processed.

This complany is full of incompetent employees who do not know how to handle confidential and important information. They do not know how to process payroll and apparently they do not know how to read what's in black and white right in front of them. I have NEVER EVER had to deal with such incompetent people while trying to get paid for work performed.

There is no mechanism for escallating a call when you call customer service and get a moron who doesn't know how to answer questions, instead your call is just placed back into the queue to be picked up by another equally incompetent person resulting in hours spent attempting to verify your information multiple times and rehash what's going on only to be told something completely different from what the last person said.

I am lodging complaints with the Virginia State Corporation Commission, the Virginia Commonwealth Attorney and the DOL as well as the Governor's office. Hopefully I will get paid before the holidays. This company is HORRIBLE. Do not work for them unless you want to work for free. They will NOT pay you.

One of ,publicpartnerships.com/ services is to assist disabled individuals paying Home Health Care Attendants. I have worked for them for over 1 year and have found that PPL has in place rules designed to defraud workers of wages owed for time worked. In my situation, I am owed 2 weeks of wages which they say they will not pay. If you are considering working as an attendant or are disabled and considering using their services you might want to check out competitors who operate with a higher ethical value system.

This a payroll company. They are very hard to deal with. No one knows their job. They allways give you the run around, no answers to why they can't put your time sheets through then blame the home health companies that run through the area on aging. This constantly happens with this company.
