I have never left a negative review about anything in my life! After dealing with PAUL MOTOR COMPANY I am sad to say this will have to be my first as I am disgusted on their business practices and wouldn't want any other consumer to be scammed. I was purchasing a vehicle that was said to be perfect..On EbaY! They must have written 10 paragraphs on how perfect this car was.
I was dealing with a salesman named FELIX DECAIRE . He was very nice and very accommodating. Everything seemed to be a smooth transaction. When I received the vehicle I automatically noticed that the car had paint work on the driver door, driver rear quarter panel, rear trunk, part of the roof, and passenger side rear quarter panel. I own 28 vehicles and know cars very well. This car was painted horribly. When I called felix to let him know what I had seen he acted SHOCKED! He informed me that he did not want me unhappy and would take the car back if he had to.
I suggested to take the car to a local shop to see what actually had happened to this vehicle. They told me it would cost $ 400 to do an inspection on the car. FELIX had agreed to pay for the inspection as he to was curious. We determined that every panel that i had mentioned was in fact painted. After getting an estimate to repair it for over 10,000 dollars Felix had become more distant and less attentive to be involved in helping resolve the issue. Lack of returned calls and emails prompted me to stop being patient and go above felixs head to the owner JORDAN PAUL.
JORDAN PAUL within the first two minutes of the convo told me "ya i one that car was painted! I WAS SHOCKED AS YOU CAN IMAGINE!!!!!! ( remember this is about two weeks after i got the car and about a week after i had it inspected as felix was shocked i said i noticed painter). NO WHERE did it say that this car was painted on the ad, nor did felix ever tell me it was. I even had to run around like a chicken without a head taking the car for inspections to determine yet within one-two minutes on a call with JORDAN PAUL he told me he knew the car was painted.
JORDAN PAUL automatically said if we cannot resolve this he promised to take the car back. He offered me $2,500 and i was not willing to accept. I told him to take the car back. Then JORDAN PAUL said he never said he would take the car back. Another lie. Jordan than weeks later of trying to deal with this offered 3,500 and i would not accept. Even if i had the car painted it would not be worth what i paid being that it was sold as a "perfect vehicle" - it is now TWO MONTHS later and I never ever wanted to review negatively- i posted a review on EBAY and within 24 hours i was informed that a 3rd party company which PAUL MOTOR COMPANY paid for had it removed.
I CANNOT BELIEVE that PAUL MOTOR COMPANY is able to get away with advertising a car as perfect, selling it for a price that reflects the car being perfect, denies any knowledge of an accident, then admits to knowledge of this, and i leave a review and PAUL MOTOR CO pays to have it removed! They must be professionals scammers! I urge you all to DO NOT trust a word JORDAN PAUL or FELIX says to you as i have been involved for 2 months now and have gotten nothing but stories and lies in return. And on top of it.. I never even got paid the 400 for the inspection i was promised by FELIX (which i never needed to do as JORDAN PAUL knew what happened) IF i could give negative stars on this review i would. I am spending my time writing this to make sure other consumers like me do not get scammed by these guys!
Had a terrible experience dealing with Paul motor company. Not going to get into details. Buy at your own risk...my experience made me loose money. I was told one thing and let's just say it was not what it was cracked up to be.
