On December 21st: Called Mr. Ransaw and scheduled for him to look at my trees. I gave mr ransaw a check that was to be voided upon completion of the job because I was going to pay with two credit cards because he did not have his swipe pad. Mr. ransaw cashed the check and left my tree and never picked the tree up from the curb.
Dec. 22nd: truck never showed to remove debri. I called mr ransaw several times. by mr ransaw cashing the check, he overdrew my account.
Dec.24 I called several times and could not get mr ransaw. since we did some business with his wife Sarah , I called that number to.
Dec 25 No calls made
Dec 26st called and mr ransaw proceeded to hang up
Dec 27th I called the office and both the wife and pauls number and the calls were ignored.

the phone number and Business address is the same.
Mr paul still has no business lic. or insurance on file with the madison county ,Al. lic. dept. as required by law
