We ordered from this Internet Store.We contacted them to return the item since it was counterfeit.He refused to give us a refund, but offered $ 20, for an item purchased at $ 120. Then we contacted several times, he refused. Then told us that we must return the item to his Manufacturer in China.
After getting a fake address that I sent my shipment too. DHL returned the item due to being a fake address.The person answering the emails on the Patriots Goods website is the same person everytime. Which makes me believe this is an internet store ran out of their home.He mocks us and refuses to give us our refund.
I'm sure I am not the only person that this has happened too. Seems the Internet Store "Patriots Goods" opened during the football season when the Patiots were on the road to the Super Bowl. It has been 2 months dealing with this person. He mocks us and then pretend he doesn't know what we are talking about or what order.
