Pasco Auto Mart told me they would take care of the check engine light that came up on my car the night I picked it up. The check engine light was reset by owner Bill Harrold. I was told if it came back on call him and he would take care of it. After notifying Bill Harrol the next time I started the car check engine light came on, all has gone badly...... I told Bill the issue and the cost, several calls, texts emaios, online message to him, I hear nothing back from Bill Harrold...... I am tying to keep this short but here is the bottom line......
Over a week from the purchase going to a dealership and a highly regarded auto service shop, $2332.11 of car repairs, offering to pay half of the check engine issue repair which was $1028 was the issue on the check engine lights Bill Harold will not even return my calls, texts, and pleads to call me.
Pasco Auto Mart advertises Trust, Intergrity and Respect. I am a senior that feels I missed out on all of these...........
Bill please be a man of your word, call me back and honor what you said you would do. Don't be a shameful person taking advantage of a senior........ remember what you told me a dealershi tried to do to your elderly parents.,....,, Dont be like that dealership....... honor your word.....
