Joyce Heitman contacted me regarding selling our timeshare. When I told her I had 3 she said she could sell all three one from Hilton, One from Wyndham and one from Holiday Inn. Usually it's $ 1500 per contract but based on our financial situation she could give us a special break and do all 3 for $ 3500. She said it would usually sell within the first 90 days but give it 180 as we had 3 to sell. She stated that while we were waiting on a sale that she could rent all three out for $ 2400 to $3000 each and it would offset the $3500 we paid and then some.
She said that they deal with large corporations that are interested in purchasing time shares rather than going the hotel routes as it is easier for them and she had a waiting list of companies looking specifically for what we had. She contacted me almost daily stating no pressure but this was a great deal and she really wanted to help us out of the financial bind we were in. I told her I was very reluctant because I didnt want to be scammed and that I had to borrow the money to do this.
She said the money she could get for the sales of each would pay them off and give us extra to pay back the $3500 we borrowed for this and have extra left over. She stated she isnt supposed to quote dollar amounts but could easily get $ 90K for Wyndham $ 35K for Hilton and 40K for Holiday Inn. She talked about how she is a grandmother, former school teacher and just wanted to help people like us now. How rewarding it was. I finally agreed, borrowed the money and authorized payment and on 12/1/2017 $ 3500 was debited from my account.
I have not heard anything since that date. I have since tried to contact her leaving several messages on her personal extension, I have left several messages on the general answering machine there as well. It is now 4/12/2018 and nothing has transpired with this. No rentals, no sales offers etc. We were scammed. I hope this helps others who she gets in contact with.

I signed documents and authorized a draft from my checking account on 11/14/2017. As of today's date, 1/16/2018, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone from this company and nobody has bothered contacting me.
Hahahaha! Joyce called me today. Thanks to your review I will not be signing any paperwork or making any money transfers with her or her company! Thank you soooooo much!

In may, we paid $2500.00 to Paramount Networking Solutions in efforts of them to sell our timeshare.
They said they would be in contact with us, here it almost Novemeber and we haven't heard anything from them.
We have called, emailed, left messages, everything we think of to do and no response from there.
They seem to be SCAM just out to take peoples money.
Back on 10/11/2017 I spoke with Joyce Heitman Lic# TP1700 regarding the sale of my timeshare.
She told me that they could sell my timeshare for $104,000 to $106,000. She said it would cost me $1,800 to start the process.
I sent the check through my bank for that amount.
I have tried atleast two times to contact her and she is always busy.
She informed me that they would sell the timeshare in about 180 days. As of yet I have not heard from anyone in the company.
I am not very happy about investing $1,800 and getting no action.
