We are in wholesale electrical supply business and have sold several (over 50 ) of the BX series of LED lamps with less than good failure rate (over 10% ). Problem is PacLights will not honor the warranty, 5/five year, as stated on package as well as company sales literature . We are authorzied dealers of this company`s product line, set up and approved by them, yet all we get is same old run around song and dance. Now we, in the way we conduct business, did what we needed to do and replaced the bad lamps , at our own expense, but that was the right thing to do for the customers , we did use a different LED vendor for the replacements and ZERO failures ! Plain and simple of it is this, PacLights is selling a bad quality LED lamp line and not fixing any problems that show up later. If they advertise five year warranty, they need to cover these products for five years. Needless to say we will not sell ANY PacLights products to anyone at any price , we have taken out the PacLights display and sell other vendor`s LED products, folks that will back the products they sell.
