Pacific Property Transfer Reviews

I received several mailings from a company called Pacific Transfers RMA stating they could make my maintenace fees go away. I attended their seminar on 5/18/13, in Green Bay, WI. At the end of the presentation I charged $4295.00 to my credit card and was told the transfer of my Diamond vacation club would take place and I no longer would have to pay maintenance fees again.

During the course of our communications I was told to send my Deed of Ownership to RMA so the transfer of ownership could take place, so I sent them a copy. I was told several times I would receive a packet of information in the mail stating that I no longer owned this timeshare.

Eventually RMA's email address would no longer accept emails. However they did take my calls through 2015 possible early 2016. I received several follow up calls stating to make out a check to Attorney Bell/Belle in Florida. I called the number and was assured this attorney specialized in transferring timeshares. I believe his name is Michael Belle. The amount of that check was $350 which was the title transfer fee.

I have called RMA's number 800-399-7958 and that no longer accepts phone calls and all I get is a fast busy signal. I have the original contract and on that contract is a woman's name Ev Guorra phone number 909-276-5046 and that number does work and states that if the caller is checking the status of their timeshare that they should follow the welcome letter to send the bill of their maintenace fee tby fax to that number and/or call the toll free number. I do not have a welcome letter however as I stated above the number on the contract no longer works.

My father and I attended a meeting at a hotel in Hagerstown MD on 5/4/13 after he received a call regarding the transfer of his timeshare property in Wilderness Resorts in Fredericksburg, VA. We spoke to Laura Crafton and her partner. My father paid $1995.00 to have this timeshare transferred ot of his name. Last year 2015, when he received a bill from Wilderness we started tryign to track downwhat was going on. I have a telephone number for Laura at ***-***-****. Then I called RMA at ***-***-****. Finally, I spoke with Shantel who told me that we would have to pay 2015 and then they would have the attorney, It is 2016 and we hav just received aother bill from Wilderness. The proeprty has not been transferred. I have tried numerous times to reach Pacific Transfer customer service number listed in the paperwork *-***-**-****. the message states you can't leave a message. All of the parties involved should be prosecuted. If anyone gets working number where you can speak to Pacific Transfer, please conact me!!!
