I ordered a power scooter from OutEdge Power Product company on Nov 20th 2015 in the amount of $569.00 and I have it recieved the scooter yet. But when I first put the order in I was told that the scooter will arrive in 1-2 week and until now I still has not recieved it. I have been e-mailing the company regarding the scooter and I was told 5 different story's I was even told that the scooter was at FedEx, and FedEx said they only made a shipping label and the product is not there. Then they e-mail me and said don't worry you will get your scooter last week, this week, and other weeks and still no scooter. My granddaughter were looking forward to getting her scooter for Christmas I need to find out what is going on with that scooter . I ask them if they cannot deliver he scooter could they pls. Return my $569.00 so that I can buy her another scooter from a reliable company no response. It is almost going to. be month on the 20th and still have no scooter nor my mo how sad this could be for a child on Christmas. I really need to find out what's going on with the scooter or my money. I think they rip me off.

I been told numerous times that it is on the way and I still has not recieved it. Then they tell me that is at FedEx then FedEx said they do not have the product. I finally recieved a delivery date and it was change to pending because it is not at the post office. I have just been lied to so many time were I am just drain. Now it's Dec18th and I still do not have a scooter then I e-mail them and ask them to return my 569.00 dollars so that I can buy my granddaughter scooter some place else for her Christmas still nothing. I feel so bad because my granddaughter was looking forward for her scooter on Christmas and there ex use is still the same after a mouth. When I first ordered the scooter I was told that I will receive the scooter with 1-2 weeks and it been almost a month. I also ask them if they can't delivery the scooter could they pls return my money so that I could by her another one from a reliable company. Still no scooter nor my 569.00 dollars. This is a shame and very bad business I wounded why this company is still on line taken peoples money like they are doing. They still have their web page and if it was pulled off not body else would end up like me
