If you're reading before you buy ANYTHING from these companies, you're already a WINNER!

This company has a scam artist name David Hamilton. He has no ethical standard, and his only expertize is what you can call a 'shoe sale's man' temperament - who's only goal in life is to SCAM honest customer.

First, if you have any dealing with this guy, PRAY to God you do ont by items that are costly. I purchased an art Piece from his so call gallery, and after I receive the item, I took it to a legit appriasal to get a replacemnt cost so I can have it insure.

To my suprise, the appraiser had strong concern that the item was not real, and upon further examination, the art work had a fake CoA.

After contacting this guy, he want to charge a RE-STOCKING Fee for a fake item. Can you believe that his company don't have any ethical standard and do not stand behind anything they sell.

Even after providing him with a statement from a real appraiser, he still INSISTED on gettng a RESTOCKING fee for having the item return.

I'm filing this report because THESE COMPANIES, and DAVID are CROONIES, and are SELLING FAKE art work.

You have been WARNED! Do not buy anything fom thes companies.

David Hamilton - selling fake artwork on Ebay

Made an offer to Hamilton on Ebay after seeing a large photo of Neirman artwork. Immediately, I realized that he had not posted the dimensions of the piece under the section: "specifications." So, I sent an email before he responded to my offer asking him for the dimensions. However, instead of sending the dimensions, he accepted my offer which was 65% below than his asking price ($900 vs. $2200). Finally, Hamilton sent the dimensions which were far smaller than its appearance in the photos - it's only 8" x 11".

Within 5 minutes, I canceled the purchase due to the small dimensions (size of a sheet of paper). As it turned out, he did list the dimensions far below, but they were buried in a very long paragraph. However, 99% of the time, the dimensions are listed right below the item under "specifications." Regardless, Ebay's policy is: if the buyer cancels within one hour - a refund should be automatically issued to buyer.

I got scammed

David Hamilton is a liar. He will not deliver what he promises. I doubt what he sells is original.

David Hamilton is dishonest, keeps claiming his art piece is genuine, but he can't deny THIS. He didn't even bother ship my large statue this time after my payment and disappeared.

On May 31st, 2020 I purchased an art piece from David Hamilton and Emily Mueller for $1539.95. I had original found the product on eBay, David Hamilton, asked that I pay him through Venmo. After transferring the requested amount, I was emailed a receipt for the order. I followed up about a week later asking for shipping details and David responded that a tracking number was provided on the receipt, however there was absolutely no tracking number.

That is the last time I've been able to reach David Hamilton or anyone at this supposed company, all of my attempts to call and email have gone unanswered and without reply. It has now been 2 months and realize this is just a pure Scam. he still responde to other art scam victims that he sells genuine, but no honest man would done what he did. My statue is 7ft as least in the picture I guess he didn't even bother to ship it. So you know others complaining about fake art purchase, they mean it.
