I own my own media company and met David one year ago and have used him for small jobs and red flags came up when he failed to give me any written quotes, which most of the clients luckily declined his propsoals anyway. He also told me in confidence that he has burned his bridges with other businesses, but it was never his fault. This last time we spoke was 2 weeks ago when he met my client and son at their tire shop and agreed to design/install and do the electrical for $1,500. I proceeded to give him the $1,000 later on that day in good faith that he would complete this job, but he became illusive and did not and still will not return neither of our calls/texts or emails.
He drives a beat up white Ford F-150 and a Burgundy or Brown Nissan Altima sedan and stands about 5'8" with somewhat of a raspy voice, parts his black hair to the side and keeps it medium just enough to cover a shirt collar. Hispanic with brown skin and a deep mexican accent. He has a partner named Ernesto Gomez, so be warned if either of them try to win your business and NEVER give them any money!! Report to the authorities. David Garcia has also worked at A Plus Signs LLC, Got Graphics Inc and dabbles in Ministerios Amistad Cristiana USA maybe to try to cleanse his sins. He also states his wife or girlfriend builds web site from www.OrangeSites.net and also pushes off-set printing too, and states he also does SEO/SEM. I should have seen the signs, but did not, so please tell friends and family that David Garcia/Orange Signs LLC is a Rippoff Artist and Con man.
