I ordered a sample of this product, soon after recieved another in the mail which they charges $84.99. I contacted via email same day and canceled, said I would return and want a full refund (I have the trk # and date they recieved it). They responded in return saying it was canceled. A few days later I checked to see if I recieved my refund and instead found 3 more charges for $84.99 each, one was from December, charging for the full price on the sample.
I tried repeatedly to contact them by phone only to get a voice mail box that was full, no matter which avenue I tried. I have posted on their FB page, sent emaisl, getting no response. I filed fraud charges with my bank and have closed the card so no more charges can be made but, they told me that this kind of fraud gets denied alot because of some silly little loophole.
I went to thier website and now the site switches to" Elysian Brands Moisture" same sight, same AD, same pictures, everything word for word.
I called their phone number and explained my situation. I was told by a male customer service rep. that they change the names and rebrand the prouduct repeatedly and they use a large nation wide call center. Although he was polite he wasn't able to help me all that much, other than what little info I could get out of him. I have done everything I can think of to report this and have created a paper trail as far as I can take it. So now I am just waiting to hear back from my bank and am filing this report to warn others as it was a very expensive lesson at a cost of $357.76!
