I did a Google Search for bulk email servers and came across the name of OnLive Server which, as per information on their website, appeared to hava available what I was looking for.
Prior to placing my order, I contacted the company via their website live chat option. I presented 2 decision making questions:
1. Can I send bulk email without my own ISP being able to pick it up
2. How long will it take their email verifier function to run 50,000 emails. This question was asked twice because the function is of crucial importance to me.
They answered:
1. No
2. 1 Hour to do 50,000
I then placed my order and paid for it online simultaneously. Delivery was promised within 4 - 8 hours. 24 Hours later I enquired about delivery because at that stage I have not heard anything (either email or on their client area) from the Onlive Server. I was then informed via WhatsApp that the server was running and they provided me with my login details.
I immediately logged in and created my account. Everything seemed to be in place (accept NO manual was provided and/or is available on their site) but I could not find the Email Verifier function.
Despite offering a 24/7/365 support system, their live chat function was not operational when I tried to contact them about this. I used WhatsApp to enquire on the missing function and was provided another IP address (Organic Marketing SEO) to open and create an account for this function. I managed to create an email group, but when trying to import email addresses to this group, it was reject with an error message saying "Failed due to an internal error".
Today, after 5 days, this function is still not working. This is proof to me that they have accepted my payment for something that does not work.
I then went on to create an email and selected the send option to contacts I have uploaded. Within 1 minute the first "delivery failed" bounce email came in with an error message saying "connections will not be accepted from this IP address (192.182.174.24 - OrganicMarketingSEO.com) because it is listed with SpamHaus. ALL 219 of my attempted transmission failed for the same reason.
Again, Onlive Server, has accepted payment for something that does not work! On their website it clearly states that 5 differnet IP addresses will be provided which will continously be rotated and checked for blacklisting and then replaced.
Clearly this is not happening and is undeniable proof that Onlive Server / Organic Marketing SEO) has defrauded me out of $149. My request for a refund has been ignored up to now and I suspect that, with this modus operandi, they are doing to same to other good faith buyers of their useless mass mail server package.
They should be stopped! Please assist me as well as other future victims in doing so.
