One Stop lop Reviews

Hope this helps someone not make the same mistake we did. Found AD on Craigslist for "Dwarf" Holland Lops bunnies and were enticed by the person being accredited rabbit breeder and the proffesionalism of her and her website. onestoplop.com is a Rabbit Breeder that prides them self on being a member of ARBA and a reputable breeder. When I did my research, I thought so too. Put down a deposit to reserve 2 specific bunnies ($260 each) for my 10 year old daughter with a 6.5 week wait - all this was done via email. On the days leading up to the pick-up, I transferred the balance and my daughter was very excited... The pick up was designated at her business transaction place in San Jose, which seemed a bit weird not letting us meet the bunny parents or seeing their living conditions and then we got a message that the bunnies were sick from Jeanette Grassi the breeder. When inquiring and wanting to pick-up the bunnies a few days later over the weekend, Jeanette abruptly did not want to do business with me and offered a refund/replacememts which I then accepted.

The question of our refund being returned was all up in the air and we had no idea. We much rather would have taken our refund but she stated she spent our money already on rabbit food and was going to supply us with the rabbits instead. My daughter understandably was devastated. The price isn't listed on the site which we found odd. A co worker also inquired about a bunny adn was able to get the same one for $60 under the asking price she told us. We made no remark about it and my co worker did not proceed with adopting. After waiting four long months, we finally picked up two rabbits that were already 3.4 lbs at 8 weeks of age. We took them to the vet in hopes nothing would be wrong with them. They had snuffles which is a common disease in bunnies due to the living environment and can be very contagious. It has been now 4 months since we got them, and the bunnies have airplane ears, have aggressive temperaments even though they are kept in pairs (which she insisted we do) and have gotten up to 5.3 lbs. Avoid at all costs ONESTOPLOP.com for a mixed bunnies that they breed, you can easily find at Pet Stores or shelters for $50-$100. They claim the bunnies are handled often and are spiteful towards other breeders on their website, but don't be fooled. Don't go to One Stop Lop Rabbitry! You risk paying for bunnies/refund you might never see and a huge dissapointment. This is unprofessional and unethical. Go elsewhere with a more reputable breeder if you're looking for true dwarf Holland Lops, where customer service and the price of a mixed bunny isnt going to cost you an arm and a leg.
