Not only is she running almost 50 dogs in her home without a kennel license, she falsifies health certificates and vaccine records. She takes advantage of anyone she can, keeping and breeding dogs that are not hers, as well as lying on health clearances. Keeps puppy deposits and then doesn't return them when someone decides against a puppy from her. She's been doing this for almost a decade, she needs to be shut down by the dog sport community. Stop buying her puppies, you are supporting a puppy mill. She has dogs that live in bark collars and are crated 22 hours a day. Lisa Kronz owner of On Target Border Collies and Julie Sandoval owner of Action Dog Sports and Easy to Spot Dalmatians conspired to breach the breeding agreement I entered with Lisa Kronz when I leased her my ABCA registered Border Collie Dottie. The terms of the use of my dog Dottie were expressly stated as exclusively non breeding for all the offspring sold by Lisa Kronz. I would not have loaned her my dog to breed had I known she was secretly selling breeding rights without authorization and in breach of all our terms. Lisa Kronz kept all of the proceeds of the litter and discounted one pup to a team member and I got to pick a pup. The other 4.5 pups she sold for approximately $6750 and I received no compensation for the use of my dog and relied on the terms of the lease contract to allow her to use my dog. I paid for all the health screening on Dottie and this was a "one time breeding only " not intended to create mongrel mixes that are not proven in dog sports or without my kennel name Sincity Dogs. The breeding of my dog's lines is injurious to my business interests as a good ethical hobby kennel called Sincity Dogs. My dog is purebred and I dont want her lines exploited indiscriminately.
I was notified that Julie Sandoval is offering to sell border staffy x papillon cross dogs on the internet. She admitted having purchased SHAKER the Dottie pup with breeding rights from Lisa Kronz. I have saved the advertisement. She refused to provide me evidence that Lisa Kronz sold her the dog with breeding rights in violation of our lease agreement. For that reason, Julie Sandoval is included as a conspirator. Lisa Kronz retained all the proceeds in exchange for using Dottie one time only and giving me one puppy. There were not to be subsequent breeding. On Target Border Collies breeds approximately 100 dogs a year and this conduct of conspiring and entering fraud based contracts must be stopped.
Lisa Kronz provided day care services to my two female dogs while she had active parvo infestation at her property. She never warned me and my pups could have died and infected my other dogs. Negligent pet boarding is also an issue with this high volume breeder. She charged me for the service and should have had the honesty and ethics to disclose a high risk to my dogs rather than just return them in silence. To my knowledge, multiple dogs have died at her property over the last two years. I am aware of at least 12 pups deceased. The father of the Dottie pups Chrome was recently reported lost or stolen. Her property is very secure so this notion also seems fictitious. Bottom line, On Target Border Collies commits fraud over and over and over. Both Lisa Kronz and Julie Sandoval are experienced in breeding. They have contracts and expectations from their puppy homes. They should honor my terms as they would like terms honored as well. Not doing so is a breach and fraud due to their entering a contradictory contract at the time of placement when the lease was very very clear.
I was referred to Lisa Kronz a year ago April with the intent of puchasing a puppy from her. In speaking with her I told her I did not want a performance dog nor did I want to wait too long for a puppy as my other dog was getting up in years.
She told me that would be no problem as she had several females going into heat that she would be breeding. She did not have me fill out a contract however she told me to deposit $500 in her account which we did. Come October there were still no puppies so we began looking elsewhere. When we found another puppy I contacted Lisa to have our deposit returned.
She said she did not have the money and we would have to wait until she got it meaning when she had a litter. My question was what right did she have to even spend the money. then she posts a nice picture of her new tatoo on Face-book. We waited until I saw on her website that she had a litter and I contacted her again.
This is where the lies begin, first she said she did not have any litters when her web page clearly stated that she did, then she stated she had cancer and needed the money for chemo.There was no cancer from what I heard. She finally agreed to send me the deposit when the puppies went to their new homes.
Then I get the message from her that 4 of the puppies died, from parvo, and it was all the puppies not just 4. However, she is still breeding dogs when she has had pavo on her property. She agreed to send me half of the deposit.
Then come more lies, I waited two weeks for the check, must of gotten lost in the mail she said. She then sends me a tracking number that did not even exist. Weeks later I recieve half of the deposit.
Now I wait again until I see from her website that she has a litter, I contact her again and again she denies having a litter. By then I had enough of her lies, I could not deal with her, she actually believes what she is saying. I told her to keep the money and I would use my time and efforts to let people know just what kind of breeder she is. First off she should have stopped breeding altogether once those puppies died from parvo. Second you do not take people's deposits and use it, that money should stay in an account until the puppy is sold. There are plenty of good breeders out there, I stongly suggest people stay far away from this one.

Lisa Kronz breeds and produces high quality performance dogs. Having been to her property and stayed on her property multiple times, I can vouch for the care of her animals. She is like a well oiled machine caring for her dogs which includes feeding high quality raw food, exercising her dogs at local parks as well as in her own personal pool. Her dogs have multiple runs in the back that aren't visible from the road which she rotates her dogs out for free time and play time. She also has a large back deck in which they get to relax in the shade on hot days. She has installed shades areas to ensure her dogs dont burn their pads in the hot dessert weather. She has installed AC in the dog rooms to ensure the comfort of her dogs.
Like many breeders, eventually a litter of puppies will get sick. Lisa had a litter exposed to Parvo at the vet clinic. Not only did Lisa spent every waking hour with those puppies to ensure their survival ( the puppies in her care survived where the puppies in the vets care didnt). She threw out or bleached everything she owns. Dozens of gallons of bleach, all new dog items and she painted the room that had exposure. Lisa goes above and beyond to ensure the health and care of her dogs.
Lisas livestock eats top quality food and get to weed her 1 acre property. Her pig enjoys sleeping on the deck on the dog beds. All her livestock have recall and are friendly.
Lisa tries hard to keep her household quiet to be respectful to her neighbors as well as reduce stress amongst all the dogs. If the dogs were all barking all the time, it would create a high stress kennel environment. When you go into Lisa's house you will find the dogs are able to relax and cuddle as you watch TV but are also up for their swimming routine.
Lisa's house is also cleaned on a daily basis. Her house doesn't smell, even when she had puppies. All her dogs are trained and well cared for.
I disagree with the inflammatory reviews posted about Lisa Kronz and On Target Border Collies. I’ve known Lisa since the early 2000’s and have had the privilege of owning many amazing dogs bred by her. Every single On Target puppy I’ve owned/received is by far and away the healthiest puppy, I’ve ever received from a breeder. And they go on to be some of the most healthy, fit and stable temperament dogs I’ve ever owned. I’ve visited her house on multiple occasions and her dogs/animals are very well-cared for and her house/yard is immaculate. Lisa has always stood by and honored her commitments to me.
I have sadly been in Lisa's house and around her at tournaments for several years before I wised up! I witnessed horrific abuse on her dogs, including once a male being held under water in her pool because he wouldn't stop sniffing the females only to finally be let up and thrown over the side. Another female being thrown up against her RV and beat for not catching her ball in flyball to find out later, she had a broken toe! She has lied numerous times on the health of her adult dogs, saying it was ok to breed a female BC who had previously produced epilepsy to a papillon because mixes don't have seizures! A litter of puppies years ago were horribly sick, owners being told it was salmonella poisoning to find out it was parvo and a couple of these puppies were at a tournament shedding the disease and the owners withheld that info! There has been lying about breeding's, performance on dogs and why would anyone buy a performance puppy from someone who never even trains her adults?!?! Yes, all above I have either saw firsthand or have been told directly from Lisa!!!
I know Lisa for 11 years and she takes exceptional care of all her animals and puppies. All of our On Target dogs, we have 4, were very healthy puppies. I have seen numerous pieces of evidence that indicate that the information in the negative reviews above regarding how her animals are cared for is not accurate. As a person who has actually purchased dogs from Lisa, I can assure you that she takes great care and pride in her breeding program, follows all of her puppies throughout their lives, and acts an extremely valuable resources for her puppy owners. I would not hesitate to get a dog from Lisa in the future. She welcomes and encourages potential puppy owners to visit her property.

As someone who lived within a block of her home from the time she moved in I can verify almost
everything said in the first report.
She has 1 acre in Pahrump, not Las Vegas and the dogs are rarely out. She only lets one or 2 outside at a time.
They do not bark even if you walk by with a dog. You can hear her screaming at the dogs to shut up at least
2-4 acres away. She also has goats, ducks, birds, all locked up in tiny areas.
The pictures on her side that show grass area lie. there is no grass on the property and again the dogs are not
out on the acre anyway. Please how do we stop this women?
