I placed an order they billed ME at my right address and sent it to my old address from over 7 years ago.and it's my fault I didn't ch5the ship to address. THEY HAD MY RIGHT ADDRESS TO TAKE MY MONEY. And they will !!! NOT !!! Send a replacement order they offered me a 50% discount to reorder Lol yah I'm going to pay you again for something I already paid for. Amen as I was talking to a MANAGER , after talking to a phone operator I COULD HEAR SOMEONE LAUGHING, very professional , I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT FROM ANY BUSINESS BEFORE. I will NEVER ORDER from !!! OMAHA STEAKS !! again. PLEASE PASS THIS ON To let everyone know how they care about there CUSTOMERS.
I found rthis company on line trying to promote their meat. I bought their meat and my whole family was sick for days. Stay away!!! I WILL see them in court!!
I ordered one of the special packages advertised online(TV as well)by Omaha Steak Company. When ordering you put in your personal information and then you are asked if this is a gift or if it is for yourself. I chose myself. As they already had my address, no other info was needed for delivery. The delivery date came and went. I received nothing. When I inquired about this I was told it was delivered to an address I had never heard of before, in other words the wrong address. I further was told that since I ordered on line that nothing could be done and it was not their fault. When I asked how is it my fault when it makes no sense to have my order shipped to an address that I don't even know, the response was basically "too bad, too sad." There was obviously no refund or offer of replacement. By the way, they had my correct address the whole time; it appeared in subsequent emails. So in closing all I can say is stay away from these folks; stay very far away.
