What a complete and utter scam. For your "registration fee" you get nothing but access to a dashboard that allows you to purchase "official merchandise." I let my 13YO daughter do this (WITH HER OWN MONEY) because she suffers anxiety and likes to take our dog with her whenever we can... when I did more research and realized what it was I asked for a refund, which of course was denied. I am currently disputing the charge with my visa company, have blocked them from further charges and have filed a complaint with the BBB. PLEASE do your research. I've since learned that there is NO SUCH THING as "official registration," and that if in fact you state that your animal is a service animal, BY LAW HE OR SHE IS. You cannot be denied entry or service anywhere, except where food is expressly prepared (so you can be in the restaurant, just not in the KITCHEN). Don't abuse the law of course to get your dog a free seat on a plane, but DO use it as needed and DO NOT give these scammers one red penny!!!
The nicest thing about these people is they are good over the phone. That's where the pleasantries stop. The issue here is that they look as if all you need is their registration and products to be able to take your pet anywhere you want without hassle. Of course, this is not true. If, for example you want to take your pet on a plane, and you're in need of emotional support, this company DOES NOT HAVE anybody in the medical field on their team to give you a proper letter to show the airline. Sure they have (ie. SELL) vests, cards, ID's and a database, but that carries absolutely no legal weight when it comes to taking your dog in the air. (by the way there are other sites that do OFFICIALLY do this) I called to cancel the service within an hour of purchasing, and they flat out refused. It was clearly listed on their site that no refunds can be given out, and they're right... it does say that. However, a little compassion can be exercised here. People have real issues, and they are often misled by misleading sales copy and pics of ID and certificates on their website. I will contact the bank and see what they can do, however I cannot and will not recommend a dicey website like this. Stay clear of these folks. They told me "so ahead and contact your bank and we'll hear from them when they contact us". After ordering the product from their website assuming that my dog would be registered at the AdA I received a cheap flimsy vest which they charge me $76 for I found the same best on eBay for 19:99 which led me to investigate the services of their website. I tried returning the items for a refund and I was treated rudely and hung up on and told that I would not get my money back! fortunately I use PayPal credit card ,they investigated my complaint and they refunded my money in 30 days .I also was not able to return the items because the company provided false return address with PayPal. Just a complete scam you can acquire the same services that are not a DEA registered for $43 on eBay with a high quality vest!
