I was brought to New Philadelphia due to disastrous circumstances during the winter. I was facing an ice storm and being disabled this was even worse. I came to the church which has a school in it to teach people how to follow Jesus. I was embarrassed, but one girl approached me and asked me if I was okay. She tried to speak to one man, but he seemed too busy and then another young man spoke with me, but once again they were indifferent and left me on my own. There seemed to be a thought that I had brought my homelessness on myself (which I did not). They are pretenders who are saying one thing, but doing another. They cast out the unattractive, and struggling. They are religious bullies. I heard that there had been suicides at the church,and no wonder. Lots of talk, but no compassion. A dangerous place to "learn" to follow Jesus. If I thought they were really following Jesus I would run as far from that Jesus as I could. Parents beware..........your children are at risk.
