I ordered their 2 products on 3/04/16 from an advertisement on the Internet Thinking the only cost was for shipping. $5.95 for the eye benefit and $4.95 for skin Serum. When I received the product I realized I need to call and cancel this scam. I did call and an automated phone answered. Asking for the order number. Answering their questions I was asked if I wanted to cancel...if so I would have to pay full price or I could opt out by bying 38.71 to get out instead of paying full price. Thinking this was the end of the this mistake I had made in ordering I then received my credit card statement and saw they charged me full price for .05 oz of product. Thinking I still had cancelled both orders I Figured I could not get out of paying the $85.95
so being so stupid I did not think about receiving another shipment. Low and behold I did. I was so upset, I immediately called the number on my credit card and finally got a human on the phone. I told her I was sending this back by registered mail and I better not be charged for it. She said it was already charged. I said I was contacting a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau...She said to hold on a minute...when she came back to the phone she said she could take off some of the charges. They would show up in 3 business days. I have not found out what they did if anything. This is a scam that needs to be invested and stopped. Thank you for letting me tell my story.

It was a one time charge, and you did not have to notify them to cancel. I thought that it was ligit and would be so good that you would then order more. No where was there ever a place that they said the cost of it, as I would never have ordered it. I am on social security and only found out what they had done when I checked my checking account.
I called and they said I had not cancelled it and that it was non refundable. I ask to speak with a supervisor, and after 25 minutes of waiting with horrible music playing, I gave up and knew that I had been scammed.
I seen this product on facebook, recommended to get rid of wrinkles so I figured for $5.95 for shipping on a free trial offer that I would try it, thought it was that miracle creme that makes you look 10 years younger. I did not see any fine print regarding reaccuring shipments. When I received my trial, I tried it and it wasn't what I wanted. So, I see another one for the same amount for a trial, different packaging, different looking product. When I received this trial found it to be the exact same thing in a different package. I shrugged it off for the shipping and handling. Then I received another package that I didn't order this so I tried to find a website or phone number but to no avail. So now I was going to ship it back but it would have cost me 10.75 a box and they were coming at a rapid pace. Didn't think anything about it until I checked my account and found several "BIG" debits from an account that is only used for small purchases. Again, I tried to find a website and it brought this site up. So here I am. I had to have my bank card cancelled and I am currently disputing these charges but I don't know if they will all be returned. Please help.
