I was very disappointed because their Advair substitute inhaler was made of shoddy material and broke after the first use. The savings I thought I was getting was lost because they refused to replace the inhaler.

There excuse was that I had the product for 20 days.
The reason I had it for 20 days because I was completing my current prescription and never expected their substitute product to malfunction.
They are "penny wise" "pound foolish" because they would make money if they had simply offered to replace this one time and showed me how to avoid the faulty mechanism from breaking. I have NEVER experienced such poor customer service.
I will never use them again! I have to throw out their faulty prescription.
