Northern Machining in Norfolk NY offers a profit share to their employees. At the end of the year a percetage of the profit made is split between the employees. When i left this company i left on good terms and expected to recieve my profit share for my time worked throughout the year. just like many employees before me who have left and recieved theirs.
It is money i worked hard for and deserve, my hard work is what created the profit to begin with. but to my surprise after i left Northern Machining they added a sentence to their employee manual which states that if you leave you forfit your profit share for that year. I had recieved no notice of this and this was done after my departure. To me that is my money i worked hard for and to benefit thier company they kept it. i do not believe it is right for a company to be able to rewrite their policy at any time they choose to benefit themselves.
To me they stole from me, period. They also over charge their customers for any raw materials bought through them. They claim to be a good catholic family that runs a honest company, but after working there forn 6 years i can tell you that they infact not a good honest company but rather greedy and fake. beware of the wholesome facade that they portray. A wolf in sheeps clothing.
