Norcross advertised a free sample of Magnum Pump XR for the payment of shipping cost. Then a second product called Magnum Blast was attached to the order claiming it also was free, just pay an extra shipping charge. FREE SAMPLES. Before I could cancel, a charge of $194 for both products showed up on my account.
There was nothing on the website indicating the limited time offer. The page was not easily discernible in the advertising It immediately sent you out of the webpage and I had to go to another webpage; actually go to this fraud page to look up the company's info. I feel they deceptively advertised hoping the customer will not do anything about it.
There is no way to really tell if the product is producing any of the results they claim in 14 day period. I received the product with only about 7 days before the trial period ended. When I spoke to them the next day, the customer service was rude and hung up on me. I called right back and got another person. After going round and round, all they would refund me is 75% on both products.
Even when I had them go to their website they could not see the information they claim is there. I’m still not satisfied and feel I should have received a full refund since I paid for the free trial only. They need to change their advertising to clearly reflect what they are doing and take the deception out of the equation.
