Clothes items were seemingly photo shopped. Received items poorly made, of fabric other than indicated or described. I received items that were too large and of the wrong color.

I placed an order with Noracora-NOC823380268, NOC82330056. It came 6 weeks after ordering (which should have been an alert). They instead sent me 2 orders. I have sent 12 emails to them at their support address for order numbers and how to send back.

The order numbers are NOC 823380268 and NOC 82330056.

They told me I had to pay to send them back to Hong Kong plus a restocking fee. No address or phone #! I kept asking for a place to send them and this is the only reply I got.

I want my full amount of $183.40 refunded to me. I don't think I should have to pay for wrong order or restocking fee.

Can you please help me?

It has been impossible to find an address for chicv int’l or noracora in order to return this blouse which looks cheap and more like xs than xl. They are a scam and committing mail fraud via usps. I will not order online again nor using paypal.

Sent half my order. Included 2 unordered products. Refuse to reimburse or provide the ordered product. Told me just to accept the unordered products at a discount.

Many email communications regarding my desire to return many items from the order. They kept wanting to give a partial refund (15%), and I insisted on returning goods for full refund. They provided mailing address, and after paying over $40 international postage the package was returned.

The fabric used to make garments is cheap and smells. The sizing is inconsistent.

Don't waste your money!

When my items arrived, some were made out of the worst material ever and just horrible looking. I did find 5 things I liked, and attempted to return the rest. Noracora does not give you a phone number to contact them, it is all through email. I requsted the return address from them right away, and didn't hear from them, even though I sent 2 emails everyday, for almost a week. They finally got back to me and insisted on me telling them what I wanted to return before they would do anything. I sent them pictures of the invoice, with items marked, but they kept repeating the same email, for me to send them a list of what I wanted to return. All I needed was the address to return them. they stopped replying to me emails once the 15 day return policy time was up. , Companies like this need to be put out of business, and stop ripping us off. I spent 287.00 with Noracora, and was trying to return 180.00 of the garbage they sent me. Now I'm stuck with it.

Trashy construction, trashy fabrics, no easy return policy at all. I have never ordered so much garbage from any company... RUN, don't walk, from this company... I have either thrown out all items, or donated them to charity (embarrassed to do so). Doesn't get any worse than this...

You cannot connect or call anyone to get your money back. The clothing illustrated on the website isn't even close to the actual style, fabric or look.

I am still waiting for my order from May, 2020 and it is August 4! I paid through PayPal and they are also not responding to me, because they cannot connect with anyone from Noracora.

It appears that Noracora is "front" and actually orders from ANOTHER company: Joy For Nice, so Noracora is some chinese company that is fraudulent!

Ordered clothing from company on May 3rd, 2020. Tracking numbers are fake. You can not reach this comapny through any other means except messages from within their web site. They never respond. Have had the same fake/scam information about where shipment is for the past 60 days. Reported to my bankcredit card as fraudulent charges.

First of all, it takes months to receive your items ordered from them. And when you finally receive the items, there is no way to return the merchandise if the size is off. And it will be off because their sizes run small no matter what you order.

Everything is polyester material and I swear they start sewing each item as you order them as long as it takes to receive the packages. I spent over $250 as a Mothers Day gift to me from my family and it was a total waste of money.

The materials are so thin it's not even worth wearing outside the house! It's ridiculous for the prices that you pay for the items. I bought a thick sweater advertised that arrived and is so thin it did not even hang on my body right.

Not to mention the shoes that my husband said looked so cheap. My feet barely fit in them according to their size chart! And I know my feet didn't grow waiting on the shipment.

It's false advertisement for everything they are selling and no way for us to get our money back. No phone number or website connection for returns. It's a downright shame. I wish I had found this ripoff site before I lost my money.

I purchased clothing from this website and spent ($90.29) May 2, 2020 It took almost 2 months to receive the clothes. I just received them June 25, 2020. After finally receiving the clothes, I immediately emailed the customer service and told them their clothes do not fit and are way too small.

I ordered sandals in size 10 USA and they sent me sandals that are a size 8. The reason I know this is my daughter wears a size 8 and they fit her. They are way to small for me. I ordered a size 2X womens plus size in the tops and I cannot even get my head thru them. They are all sized wrong.

I asked them for a return address to send the clothes back to and they never responded. They would email me a standardized email which states their rules only. I would never get the return address until just recently.

I finally went to the post office to mail the clothes back and was shocked to find out how expensive it costs to mail the clothes back to China. ($45.00 and up and there would be possible customs charges). They also told me of issues sending to China with the airlines. The airlines are reducing their flights to China so it is affecting the international mail .

Why even bother sending the clothes back at this expense and with possible issues sending them back, also possible extra customs charges could be incurred. I emailed noracora back telling them of the expensive costs to mail to China. They never respond back only send a standardized email stating their rules and to "have a nice day".

I get so mad and frustated with no response back just the same standardized email sent me over and over. Earlier on, they offered me 20% of my refund before I even found out they were in China and I was so upset as I spent $90.00 with them. They must think I am a fool.

I keep emailing them asking them to refund my money 3/4 of what I spent and they never respond. I was so mad, I went to their website to give an honest review on the clothes and they will not even let me write a review. I see other reviews only they are from gmail.

I suspect the reviews are not legitimate. I want other consumers to be aware of this clothing website and their unscrupulous practices.

Do not order from this company! First of all it took a month to receive the order (possibly pandemic was the cause, but I’m not sure).

There are zero instructions on how to return items. When I checked website it stated you had to contact their customer service via email and they had a 15-day return policy. I assumed that meant 15 “business” days (which I was within that period when I sent first email).

I didn’t hear from “customer service.” They finally responded after my second inquiry. Found out return policy is 15 days, NOT business days. Very dissatisfied with this company. I now understand why the company doesn’t list a phone number on their website; all the calls would be.

I am getting the E-Mail run around and they are trying to say my orders for$227.93 are now being processed so they don't have to give me my money back!!!!! This is as of today 6/23 after I sent them e-mails I wanted my money back!! The last e-mail I got from them said to get all #'s,dates amounts, and cancel which I did and now all the orders say processing. I receved apair of $11.02 socks in todays mail!! Over 2 months and 1 pair of socks out of a $250.00 order. And now they are going to try and rip me off!!!

I ordered an item on 4/28/20. On 5/2/20 I was told item shipped and would take 11-21 days to arrive. Item has not arrived and i demanded a full immediate refund. Was told item was in transit so they couldn't refund. Item is NOT in transit--I was given a phony tracking number.

I see from your website that another person was scammed in the same manner by this company. Even though their business "address" (although they say it is "not their return address," whatever that means) is in England, it is clearly a Chinese company. If I had known this, I never would've ordered from them

I purchased from these fraudsters back on September 27th 2019 it took two months to receive 2 items out of 15 placed!!

Their tracking is useless!!

Never received my complete order!!

When I did finally receive order it was absolutely nothing like pictures!!! It was the cheapest quality I have ever seen!!! Not even useful for rags!

Luckily I used PayPal, however, it took 2 months to receive refund!!

Do not purchase from these people!!! I can't stress this enough!!

They immediately charge your account and then ignore you!

I placed an order for clothing and jewelry with a company called Noracora at the beginning of April (2020). I received a confirmation email and subsequently a notice that my order had been shipped. As of yet, no order has arrived (22 days later). They do not respond to email inquiries at the service address given in the confirmation email and on their website. I have sent two emails to the service address, neither of which has been answered. When I try to track the order using the order# I get back a non-specific "your order has been shipped" response.

I suspect that I spent close to $100 on a scam site: Noracora and its holding company (ChicV International Holding Limited).

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! If I can stop one person for purchasing thier crap, I'll feel better. NoraCora has some great photographers or maybe it's pictures of some other clothing. Clothes look great on the website, then when they arrive months later, they are really bad, poor quality. Looks NOTHING like the photos. Tried to return and got the run around. Paid to ship back to China $27 USD, but was returned to me a couple months later. Said address did not exists. Was the address provided by Nora Cora. Lost more money on top of bad clothing.

Was in email chain with "Christine" stating after the purchase that they won't take returns and not repsonsible for ANYTHING. What does "get caught by customs" even mean?

This company sells anyone they can trick into buying their clothes nothing but junk clothes not fit to wear. They do not sell what they claim on their website. This company needs to be closed down and not allowed to sell in the US or anywhere else.

The clothing you receive is nothing like what they advertise. They advertise very nice quality looking clothing. But it’s not. They are cheap remakes of the clothing in the pictures.

It costs more to return any items than what you paid for it. Not worth it. Still haven’t received all items bought. Tried to email customer support and they do not help. Stay away from this company.

The clothing that Noracora advertises on the website is lovely. However, the product is synthetic, cheap, mis-sized and completely not as advertised. An embroidered, soft cotton hoodie is neither hooded nor soft. It has stamped on designs, with a collar, on a thin polyester fabric of the kind found in cheap halloween costumes.

Vintage style leather shoes are vinyl so thin and stinky they went out to the garbage immediately. Of course you could pay for the return to China after numerous email exchanges with their customer service department IF you do it within the small window of time given (for each package that arrives separately if ordering more than one item) and hope tha they haven't hacked your computer and stolen your credit card number!

Don't be duped like I was. Mothers, teach your children well... don't shop online when tired!

Ordered a pair of shoes (boots) they were not anything like what was described. They came in a smashed bag and no paper work so I could send them back.Very unhappy !!

I asked to return boots; they claimed it wld cost a lot in customs as it was a return to china and it would also take a long time, then they offered 15% discount on my purchase to disuade me from returning.......i took it to paypal, they pretended like they didn't get what was wrong with this......

in other words they discourage returns, and force you to take a tiny amount in return instead, essentially they are not letting you return things, i know of no other internet company that doesn't honor returns. I just want people to know they won't be able to return anything.

I placed an order without researching the company. this company would not issue a refund of 79.00 even though I did not receive goods or services. They kept putting the onus on me to provide information they owned in their databases.

Insisting I provide order details, product, etc. When I did provide what information I could from the initial order, they stated they would not issue refund. This company continually reinvents itself under new names with corporate heading ChicV Hong Kong-new names, same old rip-off practices. Steer clear!!!!

I ordered clothes from noracora 7/2019. Clothes were ill-fitting, cheaply made and looked nothing like pictures shown on their site. I spent $38 to return $147 of "merchandise", to address they gave me. Return left the US 8/16/2019. After repeated e mails-at least 10- (last one being 11/28/19), I am continually told package "has not been received". (My tracking number UA103727532US.)

Do I have any recourse. This company should not be allowed to advertize on the interenet. I am more than disgusted.
