I am an inventor of Agribusiness products. I met Mr Alexander at a show in Las Vegas. I talked to him about my inventions and he was to design from my invention.
Our agreement was to start a joint company called "NoitaCulture." Mr Alexander constantly put off providing legal documents. He asked for a $2,000 payment for a mold, then later says that the mold cost was over 80,000. Although I asked for information on the funds, I was told that I needed to "help" on the mold cost so that the samples would be here by Christmas. I paid him $2,000 and I have a small "prototype" 3D printed cup that only has half the features I needed it to have. No molds, no info on molds, basically they took my funds and gave me a $100 3D printed cup. RIP OFF.
The cell phone and the pad I ordered from the company were not of good quality. The pad quit working within a few weeks. When Mr Alexander came to visit he behaved as if a pad quitting in a couple of months was an acceptable feature. Its poor quality, poor design, and poor workmanship. This is not something I want in a mfg.
Mr Alexander offered his patent agent to do the patent for the product. For months I was told this patent was pending. It had never been started. He put my invention at risk, and then after this, he went behind my back to offer the head position at NoitaCulture to someone else.
I now have a competent mfg, and my patent lawyer has my patent pending.
Mr Alexander showed us technology that he claimed to be producing. He does not. Mr Alexander went to investors that I had already talked to and talked badly about me. He did not know that everyone in that room already knew me and knew I had made the invention he tried to claim was made by him.
He then went to lots of other potential investors and pitched my product, thus doing more and more damage to my reputation as an inventor because he can not comprehend how to make a simple item. He then began arguing with his business partner, Hershell Crowe about a 130 alchol bill that they had taken someone's funds for and not paid the bill. They did this argument in a room full of multi-million dollar investors. Lael nearly cost my my first 100,000 piece order because of his childish arguments.
The only that that went well for me, was that I discovered Mr Alexander offering my position to someone else and attempting to raise funds beyind my back before any contracts were signed. I believe Mr Alexander had zero intentions of ever signing a contract, he behaved as if he was going to take my invention and market it, build it and sell it, without including me.
This is one "International Asian mfg" company who you should NOT order from. Keep AMERICAN dollars in America.
