1 camera did not record 2 took multple calls from them to fix that problem about one month later . 3 recording stick did not record for very long about two hrs before resetting had to replace . 4 dvr failed in less than 3 months.. 5 customer service thinks that i was trying to rip them off.. and made it very hard to get a hold of them after getting info them another agaent would change what the first one said and had to start all over again 6 TIMES TOTAL I WENT THROUGH THIS. finally they sent a return slip that i was not able to print out i donot have a printer and do not have one even close. finally got sent to florida for replacment hope i get one back.
This company has an affordable Camera and DVR Security system. However to access it online you must go thru there server which frequently breaks. You have to go thru them to reset but the 24/7 service the guarantee does not exist. As a result the camera and security system has no remote access which is worthless to me.
We have sent emails left phone message and they don't respond. We purchase a new sytem thru ADT, which is more money, but it has the customer service you would need to keep the remote access going
We tried to sue Night Owl in small claims court but they are not registered in the State of Florida to do business.
We reported this company to the Florida Attorney Generals office.
