We have done mulitple plumbing jobs for NG&G. We have yet to receive payments. After calling many times and leaving just as many emails, I finally got a hold of someone. However, she could not help me because she doesn't work in Accounts Payable. The lady who works in Accounts Payable is never at her desk or always "busy." We will not work for them again. We have been waiting for 120 days for payment.
This company is someone you want to run from do not do business with them they will not pay you. after doing work for a local Younkers store in Iowa this company has yet to pay going 90 days. they give the runaround we didn't receive your invoice that I'm able to send them exactly the date time when I sent it over 90 days ago. oh we're sorry we don't know what happened will get this check cut to you right away. then you call back after you still have not received anything 3 weeks later. oh we're sorry we haven't got paid from Yonkers yet. are you kidding me. they are full of lies to see and garbage. don't waste your time yeah it may sound tempting hey we're going to hire you to do job blah blah blah don't do it run from this company like your life depends on it cuz it does.
if your small business don't waste your time they are complete rip-off a complete waste of time and they will just lie to you constantly. they have no integrity not one shred of it. I just hope this helps any of the other small contractors out there that are trying to make a living. don't waste your time with this company they will rip you off step on you and lie to you and you won't get paid. so be safe my friends and stay away run away no matter what they say they're full of it. best of luck but don't do business with this company it is a rip-off
We have been a vendor for NG&G for many years. Over the past year the accounting department has become very unprofessional. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. We have 3 invoices from July of 2016 that were never paid and earlier this year we sent an invoice for $1450 and they deducted $100 without a reason. There are several similar complaints on BBB website about them.
