I started with a free trial, then was charged 106.99 for their services. I got to see 1 game on my computer (a replay). Then when I tried the following week, i got nothing. I couldn't log in for some reason. I submitted a request, and haven't heard their final outcome, altho they did receive my request and would look into it. They said my e-mail address didn't match up with the e-mail address they have. They won't tell me the right e-mail address I used to get the Package($$).
I think NFL game pass consciously did not make it clear that there is an auto renewal, just that if the trial is not cancelled within a week the charge would stay. They also make it difficult or impossible to cancel the auto renewal feature once it is realized that it exists. NFL Gamepass not having a phone number is a tactic not just to limit costs, but to avoid refunds.
These unfair policies to me are fraudulent and We will post this online in as many sites as we can. If you have the technology you can check and see that I never used the service except watching 3 pre-season games three years ago.. that is $100 per game!! Ridiculous
I subscribed on 9/16:18 using the monthly payment option of $29.99, not realizing we couldn’t watch Sunday games until Monday. I cancelled within 1 hour of signing up. I do not have my auto renewal box checked, and the website will not let me remove my card info from their site. I sent in an email 9/16, 9/17, 9/25 requesting refund because there is no phone number on the site to call anyone email is only option. Never got a response. So I disputed it with my bank. Fast forward to today 10/16- they took another $29.99 from me. This is ridiculous
They have no human to talk to on the customer service phone # a recording tells you to use the website to fix any issues and get assistence ....then take so long to get back to you (IF AT ALL!!) that you go past the 7 daays and BOOM!!! the NFL rips you off for $76 !!!

Game Pass sucks, that is the truth, couldn't connect, 'Tech Service' (that's a joke), was clueless, etc., BUT, when I cancelled within the Ten Day Trial, they DID refund my money - it was retruned to my credit card account on the 4th day after cancelling (although, they had predicted 10-14 days) ... I won't fault them on the refund issue, but their connection problems are ridiculous in this day and age (I'm a Comp. Tech. - they have serious issues) ... the NFL won't see any more of my money, between this farce, and the 'protesting' assholes, I'm done ! (65 yo lifelong fan)
NFL Game Pass is advertised as a free 7 day trial. But I cannot cancel, even within the 7 days, because I cannot find the link to cancel. No matter how many times I sign in, follow the instructions, I always get shunted to the same article which does not contain any cancellation link.
This has got to be intentional. They already have the cc information and will charge $99 if they do not receive cancellation instructions.
Basically the nfl game pass is a ripoff DONT I REPEAT DONT DO IT. They give you a free trail and don't let you cancel and force you to buy the 100 dollars game pass and dont reply to your emails when you try to cancel it.
I signed up for a trial offer through a FB ad to recieve a trial size of Luminous face cream and also some eye cream. The ad indicated that it was a trial size offer. I paid the small fee for shipping and received the product. Today I look at my bank statement and see where I was charged a fee of $98.71 and also $1.99, the company on the bank statement said Sunay Face Serum. When I contacted them I was told that there was nothing they could do that I would have to contact the eye serum company @ 877 494 9595 and also the facial serum company @ 877 497 1088. In calling the eye care company I was told that the charge was not theirs, so the referred me to the facial serum company, however both companies indicated to me that on a separate page it indicates that if you do not cancel within 2 weeks they will continue to send you monthly products. However, it does indicate anywhere in the intial sign up that you have to go to another page. I have gotten a cancellation from both companys but not without a hassle and I have notified my bank that I did not authorize these charges. So beware do not sign up for any so called trials
