I've emailed the customer "care" team 11 times and still can't get help. I'm a US soldier deployed at the moment and can't utilize my NFL game pass account UNLESS I purchase not only a domestic account but also an international account. First off.....what a rip off. Secondly, I can't afford that and wanted a refund. Prorated would be fine.....anything. I'm deployed until July. I told them my issue and I was denied a refund. I got nothing but grief from their customer service team too. They're just terrible. I'd call if I could to yell (which I don't do) but I'm stuck in a desert at the moment. They were so awful that I'm actually taking time out of my day to complain here. I dealt with a "Jonathan" there that must be a robot as he didn't show any signs of being a human at all. The best part is he said " I hope you can enjoy your subscription".....dude, did you even read my emails to you?! I'm in a desert! All I wanted to do was watch my football on off days and I can't. Ok....fine....but don't keep my money. Long and short if these people have no heart at all. That and they aren't capable of actually caring about anything. "Enjoy your subscription"......what a slap in the face. It's Sunday today and I'll tell you what's not going to happen for me....I won't be able to see my football game, I won't be able to see my family, and I'll be standing by while the NFL robs me. Jonathan, I really hope you enjoy your day. Enjoy watching the game. I'll be over here in the Middle East picking sand out of my butt crack waiting patiently to see green grass in about 8 months.....I sure won't be seeing it while watching the game.

They offer a 7 day free trial, then charge you $99 for the year if you want to keep it. I didn't want to keep it, because they failed to tell me that I had to have a TV provider in order to use the service. Obviously, if I can't use it, I don't want it, and shouldn't have to pay for it.

Their support has dodged around every attempt I have made to cancel the trial, and they only respond by email (I guess they can't afford telephones). They just copy and past false information and refuse to address the cancellation issue. The stalling and sandbagging only makes it appear that they are putting me off until the 7 days are over, then they will steal $99 from me, and then I have to go through the whole dog and pony show to get the charge reversed.

When all they had to do is just honor my cancellation request, which to date I have made 15 of them.

The Site offered Fast Shipping for Christmas Delivery. I ordered on 12/14/2015 and they appeared to be an 'Official NFL affiliated' site and not some knock off out of china. I sent them the first email through the only means of 'Contact us' via the website, asking if they were the foreign credit charge from China on my statement with no reply, before I disputed the charge.

Then on teh 22nd, I emailed the only address they had which was to 'Anna" at [email protected]. I revieved a message back with an EMS tracking # stating that I "Needed more Patience" Yet the big banner on the front of their page states Fast Delivery for all Orders - Christmas Sale.

I explained that I contacted them 2 days in when My order still showed at a paid status and had not been shipped so that I could see if I needed to cancel and order elsewhere. Even if it meant I had to go spend more for the Jersey I needed and now here I am 2 days before Christmas telling two kids that the gift I ordered for them to give to their father before they go back to their mother, will not be here.

I would not think the NFL would want to be tied to this sort of business.

The NFL continues to side against the population who made it great. Every year they take away viewership from the vast majority of football fans now taking Monday night and Thursday night Football and giving it to the cable networks for billions of dollars in which the NFL pays no taxes. You heard this correct. This mega money machine who does not care a bit about its fans as long as they pay has completely turned their back on those who cant afford cable networks. Today with 40 percent of the population living paycheck to paycheck and the cable companies ripping the population off by not making channels available to those with basic packages,

the NFL has sided with these money hungry wolves and have no care for the parents trying to make ends meet, the veterans who come home and are ignored by our government and our children who the majority of them live in the homes of the population of those who do not have cable networks which the NFL has chosen to Rob the people of the sport. If they at least paid taxes then from the billions they earn per year you might say there is a benefit. Don’t be fooled by their commercials of how much they care. They don’t. They only care about your money. They dont care about you or your children. You dont see any of the Millionare football players anything about it eather.

I was on Facebook and one of the adds was for cheap nfl jerseys. It looked like a legitimate site because it had the nfl symbol. I went to order a jersey that was for $29.99. It would not give me any shipping and handling. It wanted my card information first. I put in my information for my credit card and then it popped up all the information. It was going to be $20.00 for shipping. I wrote an email to the company and let them know I wasn't going to get this with the shipping being so much. I then called my bank to see if I could stop payment. They said they could do nothing until it cleared and then I would have to do a claim. Also when I spoke to the bank the amount that should have been taken out was more then it should have been. The jersey was $29.99 plus s.n.h. $20.00 should have been $49.99, right? The amount taken out was 2 separate amounts, $1.56 for international fee. $52.09 for the other.
