I would rate this place a below zero rating if I could. There is a reason why NEXT Workspaces is the cheapest office space you can find in downtown Miami.
I bought 2 services: 1 virtual office and 1 coworking office space.
Since day 1 after I bought their services I had problems with this place. The next day I signed with them and gave all my personal and business info I started to get spam e-mail and spam cold calls from various sources that I had never had before signing with them.
Makes me wonder what they did with my personal info. It even gets worse.
I had complaints from my customers that NEXT Workspace receptionist was not forwarding customers' messages to me. The coworking space is even worse. While I was on the phone with my customers, other coworkers would spend all day talking very loud about their stomach disease, food, family problems, another one making noises clearing his throat all day, and one of my customers could hear this coworker lawyer crying and screaming over the phone half a day saying she did not want to go to jail because she had commited a federal crime. Coworkers from prived closed office will open their door to talk to the people who are at the open office space to engage in loud conversations about all kinds of life subjects, except work.
So it is really bad for your business when using your phone and your clients can hear all that on the background loud and clear. Even the receptionist would leave her place at the front desk and sit at the coworking space to participate at the loud convesations with other coworkers
I spoke to the general manager Lidice Valenzuela and explained everything to her including naming each people who would act like they were in a bar. She was aware of the situation and agreed with me. When I asked to cancel and refund me she said she would not do it. I asked if she had a closed office with windows, she said NO, that I did not need an office with windows because I look at my computer screen all day and she has worked all her life in offices without windows herself. I asked to explain the situation to the owners and the general manager said NO, I could not talk to them.
I asked to cancel and a refund for both services since I had been there for less than a month and did not get both receptionist service (she would no deliver the right messages to me) and coworking environment (that's not a coworking, that's a bar environment where you can't do your work). She wanted to charge me a 3 month period evenif I did not stay there for a whole month. After I said I would file for dispute with credit card company, she refunded me just a very small portion of the whole ammount where NEXT is still charging me.
Stay away from this place at all cost!
If NEXT Workspaces ever decide to give me a full refund ( which I doubt it since the general manager Lidice Valenzuela said she woudl never do it) I will remove the bad review I have posted.
