Yes I begin using the card back in 2012. A couple months down the line that small portion of money mysteriously vanishing it had me back tracking myself thinking it was me. But a lot of the time it didn't show up in the card. Then I was out shopping one day something told me to purchase something small maybe like a dollar or two so I did the it stated just that on the ticket went home and it was at least $7 to $10. It went from that to me withdrawing money $100 it would say my total left out of $715 it say $580 how do you get that?? Please do not use this card the will rob you blind. Protect your money don't neglect your money

RIP OFFS

Stay far away from nexscard as you possibly can. They charge you a ridiculous amount of money just to load your direct deposit onto the card, and every time you go to use your card to pay bills online or at a store there's a transaction fee and it's just too much of a pain to deal with these people. I wish someone would have warned me 1st. I'm done with them now, I moved my money this morning

I originally purchased a Nexis card in November 2015. Around December 2015 I was going to do some xmas shopping and loaded 600 dollars into the card that went ok in the mist of all the xmas in and out of different stores and bags etc etc kiaos my pocketbook & all of its contents was stolen! I'm talking about wallet personal information mines and my children's keys phone everything! I report everything stolen a few of my cards was used even the Nexis the card. I organ ally sent over the info immediately that this company asked me for once it was emailed to me I faced it right back over I heard nothing!

So naturally I call and I'm told oh "we didn't receive it", I was then giving another fax number 5166532064 and told to resend my info there which I did. I was told by Troy a rep at Nexis card company that he's sorry he will get this quickly moved along within 6 days (lie) & then nothing! I had to keep calling and checking to make sure it was received and being worked on!. As I'am calling I'm speaking to different reps who's then giving me different info finally a rep tells me info has to be verified I said ok! Fine no problem please keep in mind no one called me to verify this information I had to again call back. I speak to a "manager" in the dispute Dept by the name of Michelle and she informs me I lost the decision, imagine my disbelief and astonishment when hearing this!

I'm asking her questions well attempting to any way she was being very combative rude loud and was continuing to speak over me. I then asked for the corporate office information she said that they are the corporate office but then gave me a mailing address which was their mailing address for Nexis card at this point I'm confused. I asked what else can be done?? Can I do an sort of appeal? She replied "well there's nothing that can be done! I mean you can resend in the information but you are still going to get the same result" I said well that decision is incorrect, she informed I could speak to a manager I said ok great then she said but I'm a manager again confused.

Michelle did put someone else on the phone another "manager" that held the same title and position as her for what I don't know because he basically told me the same exact information as her. Which wasn't any help he too was loud ride and speaking over me smh. So now I have to resend information which maybe denied again. I'm extremely angry I'm being double victimized one by the ppl that stole my information and pocket book and used my cards & two by the ppl that I entrusted my money with that are now being rude aggressive and nasty and speaking over me that were not able to give me any information or help regarding this matter. Nexis card needs to find better employees because the ones that they have in place to service their customers aren't! I definitely plan on making a complaint here as well as to the better business bureau I also plan on contacting visa and finding out what else I can do to report this Nexis card company.

RIP OFF, STAY AWAY!!

This prepaid debit card is a complete rip off!!.... When you use this card and gets decline, you get charged 50 cents all the time it gets decline. If you make a purchase online, you will get charged 1 dollar for making a purchase. If you use this card at a retail store, you will get charged 1.50 for entering your PIN number. Here's the worst of them all, if you load this card and don't use it, everyday they will deduct 50 cents from your card, your own money!!, this card is a complete joke, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD!!....
