Took my son to by a car for graduation. Son was excited was the car he loved. Gave down payment. Still owed 300 but he made a deal to pay the rest as soon as he got paid. Si he took the car home. They gave the car to him DIRTY and the gas tank on E but they knew he had to get to work. Was told by the new salesman to bring back on sun for detailing and his key fobs. Arrived on sun was told service dept was closed on sun. So what ever came back the next Tuesday. Was told there was no key fobs GE would have to purchase them ahh the key fibs was on the original listing. And 5 hour wait for service. Couldn't wait. Now I'm pissed So we go back a week later for detail and was told my son needed to pay another 4000 dollars toward down payment. Wtf? After having the car for 2 weeks they pull that on my son who is trying to o build his credit and He loved that car. I was pissed and my son pissed, jaded, and hurt by there scam. Jason was the little 19 year old salesman. Jose was the guy who claimed to be sales manager. But isn't. I demanded all if his deposit back. You ou know they didn't say anything 30 minutes beforehand when I called and said my son was bringing the car in for detail. But no didn't and then after they took the car away. Left us stranded 20 miles away from home. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SCREWED. GREEDY b******'s will try to Extort more money up front. Now I wonder how long it will take to receive deposit. I will post more while we wait.
