False claim

We delivered a dog healthy and health checked before departure.

Customer filed a health claim of the puppy purchased from us but failed to provide proper vet report proving his claim and statements. One of the vet reports he provided stated that the dog had an accident.

Based on such poor documentation he was not entitled to the guarantee which would be a replacement puppy. As we are responsible for our dog sold we offered full refund and wanted to get the puppy back to his breeder.

Customer refused returning the dog, which means he wanted both, funds back and keeping the dog. This is not relaistic and also agains PayPal policy.

Full of lies! do not trust this website.

We tried to buy a pup from this website. They refused to provide the microchip number until i’ve repetitively chased them. And they provided one that is registered in a country not what they said the pup is in. What’s worse, one month later, they changed their story in terms of where the pup is in. I wonder if this pup does exist or they just pay to purchase the videos and pictures from random families having puppies? Also, the videos they sent me show obviously two different pups and the owners’ accents were so different in these videos. So dodgy. I believe they paid people to write good comments and ratings on social media. My money, my time and my emotional commitment were all wasted. Don’t waste yours!

All information was provided

In the life of a puppy there is a process for vaccination and registration. When a puppy is born it is not microchipped, we tried to explain to the customer that most dogs get microchipped paralell with their rabies vaccination. Before this we can't provide chip number. When it isd one we provide chip number of the dog upon request. Also in Europe it is common register a puppy in a kennel club of a neighbouring country.

Also a dog after a certain age moves to boarding so we can't take the same background. The funniest thing is that my colleagues socialized this dog in English for the sake of the customer but it was taken negative.

In our opionion this customer never wanted to have this dog and found excuses to back out from the order.

Shady company buying dogs from puppy farms in romania and hungaria and selling them 5-6 times more money than normal price with funny paperworks. Company don't tell buyers the source of the dogs. Be careful buy a dog form breeders directly and see the dog before you buy! they even lie with their adress...

The company on their website newdoggy.com claims to have healthy dogs from respectable breeders in Europe with a 10 year health guarantee that cover birth and genetic defects. Due to this and our bad experience previously we opted for this company because of their strong guarantee of healthy dogs.

3 weeks after receiving our dog, we discovered the dog had a birth defect that was a hole between his stomach area and his heart area and his organs slid into his heart sac and the dog nearly died this condition is called PPHD. The dog also has hip and back problems on top of that. We contacted our broker regarding this issue and they said this is not covered by their health guarantee because this is a birth defect not genetic. But their own website clearly states congenital and genetic, maybe they don't understand the definition of the word congenital.

We asked for our money back and they said to send them the dog back for a refund and that the dog would most likely be killed by the breeder. What kind of cruel and cold respond is that, send us the dog back and then we'll refund you the money!! Of course we didn't even trust them to begin with, they would probably take the dog back and disappear being from Europe we had no recourse.

We ended up spending 7-8 thousand on surgery and vet visits and asked for our money back to help cover the costs of the medical bills. They again stated they want the dog returned for a refund. On top of that paypal who we used to pay the deposit calls animals, "items" and told us we have to return the item so they would refund us the money.

Any loving dog owner knows you don't trade in your dog like a pair of sneakers and get a new one. So terrible this website lies about having a health guarantee and then trying to say it is not covered due to a reason their website clearly states is covered.

Here is the exact text from their website:

What does our Health Guarantee cover?

Congenital and/or genetic defects: our Health Guarantee covers your New Doggy against death caused by congenital and/or genetic defects for a period of 10 years from your New Doggy’s date of birth.

Life altering congenital and/or genetic diseases: these diseases may not manifest for months or years but they can develop into a disability later on. These are: spine problems, liver problems, heart failure, kidney failure and generalized mange.

Also our vet told us a lot of breeders in Europe will pump dogs full of steroids before sending them to mask any problems they have upon arrival. Very untrustworthy transaction.

This is a shady company on many levels.

First of all, they even lie about their physical address this is what they state on their site: H-1124 Budapest, Csorsz u. 49-51. Hungary. It is a nice office building but the information desk knows nothing about them. In reality they can be traced to this place: Turan ter, Budapest, 1149. Same city but a ghost house in a run down area, so no wonder they only have mobile contacts no landlines...

The dogs they sell are hard to trace, the pedigrees can't be checked, people are complaining about sick dogs.

Never buy animals online and beware of the newdoggy.com...

Buy or adopt local dogs

Do not buy or supply dogs to this company or offer any service to them, they will rip you off. Plenty fake 5 star reviews from accounts with one and only review about newdoggy.com.
