As with many other companies of the sort that offer "free trials", nothing about them is "free". And, if you're not on your toes and read the many pages of tiny print about the high fees you will be charged eventually, then you will be charged these fees. See, rather than a true "free trial", they want you to use the product for 14 days and then call them. You can then tell them you love it, at which point they will charge you $89 or some such amount so that you take more of it. Or, you can tell them you did not like it, and then your "free trial" is really a "return everything to us" but "don't return empty bottles or we'll charge you" for them. I am so sick of these free trial scams. Someone should put them out of business. When I first saw their website, it was through an ad that popped up on CNN with Ivanka Trump and her profitable companies, suggesting that New Age was one of them. Now, nowhere on their website can I find any evidence that she owns any part of this company. When I made some threats and said I was going to report them to my bank, I got emails saying my account was closed and I didn't have to return anything. So, if you are unlucky enough to have fallen for their free trial nonsense, you too can call your bank and report them, go online and review them, or just pay them alot of money for nothing.

I signed up for free trial of their product , FREE TRIAL ONLY !!! But COMPANY SHIPPED more product & AUTOMATICALLY took PAYMENT from my Bank Account w/o MY APPROVAL !!! CUSTOMER SERVICE says I would have to have called to NOT have future orders SHIPPED automatically to me !! B******* !!! IF I WANT MORE OF A PRODUCT I AM CAPABLE OF REORDERING THAT PRODUCT MYSELF , ALSO TO KNOW HOW MUCH THE PRODUCT WILL COST !!! NO COMPANY SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE PEOPLE HAVE TO CALL THE COMPANY TO NOT WANT THEIR PRODUCT SHIPPED TO YOU AUTOMATICALLY & AUTOMATICALLY TAKE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS NOT AUTHORIZED !!! PERIOD !!

BEWARE! This company will scam you and then blame you for it!

I left a voicemail to New Age Skin Care to let them know I wanted to terminate my relationship with them when I realized they intended to send me regular shipments.

I signed up only to try a free trial (shipping charges only). They ignored my request because I missed their returned call (I never answer unidentified callers).

My debit card was dinged for two charges of 33.00 and 34.00 for trial sizes that were supposed to cost under 10.00.

My complaint to customer service (?) was met with inconsistent solutions, condescension, and sarcasm. Their “policy” seemed to change with the whim of the agent: “We don’t take returns.”; “Return the item to us.”; “We can’t refund your money.”; “We will return half of your money.”

After arguing with the customer service person, she finally told me that one of the charges would be dismissed, I said I would write a negative review. To which she answered, “Then why should I refund anything to you?”

I requested to speak to the manager who similarly placed the fault firmly on my shoulders, “You should have answered our phone call or called back.”

I finally stopped trying to reason with this unreasonable man, and he agreed to a refund MINUS about 10.00 per item. Gee, Thanks!

My experience with New Age Skin Care smacked of ageism, condescension, irresponsible policies, unauthorized charges to bank account, impossibel-to-win arguing, and outright scam.

I believe they are especially targeting older citizens. Buyer beware!

Called new age, said i can cancel auto shipment, but not the two that were shipped! Said i neede to cancel with in 14 days, i didn't. Ididn't read the the fine print? ( auto shipment! ) i will not pay that amount on my credit card!! Rip off. Thank you. Linda farmes. Didn't read the fine print, didn't see it.

Received free trail offer that I actually do not remember ordering in the mail. I was curious about this product so I looked it up on line only to find that after 14 days I would be charged up to ninety dollars for the product. I looked up the trail offer and there is no visable mention of this fee it is just thrown on you. This did not make me happy. I haven't used the product and I'm going to return it. I saw reports of this scam from other people on line that they had been charged unauthorized free for this product. I have contacted the company to inform them not to charge my card for anything so we will see.

I woke up today to find out my account was overdrawn. When I called the bank I found out it was a bottle of New Age Skin Cream that I hadn't ordered. She told me I had made a mistake by not cancelling the order. I told her I had never placed an order but I did get a free trial in March. She continued to tell me it was my fault and I was on a list for it to automatically be sent out to me every couple months.

It is not fair for a company to offer a free trial and take your bank card to start sending you high priced products you never ordered. This company is a big rip-off. Never again will I trust that I can get anything free. If it sounds too good to be true then it is.

I pulled up the web site to find lots of people have been taken same as I was. Why do they allow this business to continue to do this to people? I wouldn't think the people that work there have any conscious at all.

I was offered a "trial" of new age anti wrinkle cream online for only 5.95 shipping ...it turns out that is a LIE!! It turned out to be a monthly subscription and they take the money out automatically! I called to cancel and it is all automated, first option is to buy the 1oz of cream for a discounted price of 40 bucks! Next is to take a bunch of steps to send the product back..not cool!! I ended up having to buy this "trial" 1oz cream . I am not happy! They should have stated this when purchasing the "trial" what a SCAM!!

In Dec. 2016 I responded to a no risk free trial offer for New Age Skin Cream (pay S/H only). I received my product plus a eye serum that I did not want. I was not impressed by the product at all, and I never opened the eye serum that I didn't order.

I got my Credit Card bill and was charged 98.11 by New Age and 89.26 by Vel*Antiwrinkleadv. I contacted my CC Company to dispute, and they called with me on hold. We held for more that an hour and finally hung up. I cancelled by cc and blocked any future charges from these scam artist. I then called them and sat on hold another 45 mins before getting a rep. on the phone.

I asked to cancel this because my cc company told me to do that, and I requested a refund. She pitched the products 4-5 times more even though I was demanding a cancellation number. I told her I was reporting them to the BBB which I did, and that I had cancelled my CC. She put me on hold and then came back and offered me a small refund 35%. I said I haven't even opened the serum and she said she would give me a RMA number I could return for a 9.95 restocking fee. This was for something I never ordered.

I ask what she was going to do about the skin cream and she told me she had offered me 35% back and that was it. As it stands I an supposed to get a refund for 89.26 less a 9.95 restocking fee, and a refund of 34.34 for the skin cream and this was a risk free trail for 5.95 S/H.

There are numerous complaints about this company on line. Believe them! Customer service responds with "its in the terms and conditions" meaning it is a 14 day trial and you must call to cancel 14 days from shipping date (is what I read in one report). I have my org. e-mail shipping confirmation from them and it says that no where on the paper work.

If I get my money back it will end up costing me 73.72 for some product that was a no risk free trial (2 oz) and if it was so great then they wouldn't have to rip people off to use it, people would just reorder on their own.

I order from new age skincare and cancelled and they still took my money, all of it on Christmas morning. I took my card off so why am I still being charged .

I ordered a free trial of New Age Face Serum and Advanced Anti-Wrinkle face cream. I was told I only had to pay shipping for this 14 day trial and if I did not want any more I was to cancel within 14 days. I was out of town and forgot to call them. When I got home I called them to cancel and they told me I couldn't cancel. In the meantime they sent me another shipment and I called them and told them I didn't want it so they told me to go ahead and keep it for 19.99 and I could put a hold on future orders, which I did in order to stop them from sending more. I received my credit card bill today and they charged me 89.95 for the first free trial order and 86.95 for the second shipment which was supposed to be 19.99. They are a rip off and very deceptive. I had to change my credit card number to avoid anymore charges. They will not refund my money. Is there anything I can do about this?

Thank you,

Irma Hadley
