They are using the name to do business and giving the name out to unhappy customers, thus damaging the reputation of the REAL Nevada Registered Agents. They aslo have the name on their webpage as the site title, the page name and on a fake copywrite.
This company has been advised to cease and desist with the fraudulent use of the company name. They have been reported to the Secretery of State of Nevada on several occassions for misfiling clients' articles and will be once again for this blatant fraud.

Not only is it a myth that the state of NV is "business friendly", it's true that you may even be opening yourself up to all kinds of liability that you would likely be protected if you incorporate in your own home state. My story is one of incompetence on behalf of this company that I choose to act as my resident agent. When their errors caused my LLC to go into default status with the state, they refused to take responsibility for this error. They offered me a fraction of what I had paid them to just go away. I'll file a claim with the state because according to them, it's the fault of my registered agent. I incorporated in February 2016 and pre paid for one year of service. When my year was up I paid for another year online with my credit card.
Then banker noticed that my account was frozen because the LLC connected to my business account was in default status. The state of NV said that my agent resigned in September 2016 and had the responsibility to inform me. The fines totaled $702!? Mr Sherman offered me $50 for this huge error which decimated my company before it even began.
