When you cancel the service, a trained bully calls to antagonistically goad you into rejoining. In countless ways they imply you are stupid for not using them. Having quit the service twice due to poor returns, each time I was contacted by an overtly argumentative individual pushing me to the point of yelling. It's their tactics that turn me off more than the service. I'm advising my entire franchise to avoid Networx.

DO NOT SPEND $1 DOLLAR WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This is by far the worse lead generation company on the market. They will over promise and under deliver by telling you to judge them by the quality of their leads which are trash by the way. They will try to lure you in with offers like the one I got. They said that if I invested $350 they would give me $140.

After sending me trash leads and burning all my money without me doing a single job, they call and I told them that their leads where no good and after the $140 dollar credit in my account runs out I wasn't investing another dime with them. They cancelled my account without my authorization and took the $140 dollars credit that I had remaining in my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

I used this company to generate leads for my Construction Company. I signed on with them with the expectation that I would receive pre-qualified leads. I received four bed leads in a row I called them up to complain and got put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up after leaving my number for them to call back one day later I sent them an email asking them to call me back. I finally got fed up and asked them to cancel my account via email. One week after my initial call I still haven't received a call back. I finally got through after I called the number I used to sign up I told them what my issue was the guy put me on hold and then it hung up on me. At this point I was pretty pissed off and call back and let out all of my frustrations on the person who answered the phone. I finally got through to an account manager who convinced me to stay on with them after not letting me cancel the account for 10 minutes. He promised me everything was going to be better and that I was going to get more leads and they were going to be qualified. Two weeks later and the only lead I received was for work that we do not do.

I called up to cancel my account again for the second time the account manager told me that he was going to let me cancel my account and I was going to be the end of it. Then I got a call back from the same guy who tried to keep me on before. This is where things get interesting. I told the guy I did not want to work with them anymore and that they did not do what they said they were going to do for me the guy continued on for about 5 minutes trying to get me to stay with them. I continue to tell him that I was not going to continue working with them and that I was getting better leads somewhere else. The guy that told me that I was not a man of my word and that he wanted a chance to make things right. Well I told him that insulting somebody is not a good way to get them to see things his way. He went on to tell me that he was not trying to insult me merely stating the truth on that note I told him that there was nothing he could do to give me to stay with them and that I wanted him to cancel the account and refund my money. He went on to insult me some more and I told him that I would voice my complaint on the internet. So in the spirit of trying to be a man of my word here we are.

AVOID NETWORX.COM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

So.

As a part of my new job I have been building a web presence for a friend’s small business. As a part of the process I am setting up profiles on scores of sites in order “cross link” his web page as widely as possible.

This morning I got a call from a sales rep. at Networx.com by the name of Jordan Williams, saying he was responding to my request for a call. (I hit the “I agree to be contacted” button on their site, which is a prerequisite to adding a profile). I explained that I was not interested in discussing the matter over the phone and requested he send me an Email instead. I told him I would look over the information he sent and he could call me back after 2:00 pm. (During the conversation he was aggressive almost to the point of belligerence) When I told the owner of the company about the call he said in no uncertain terms that he did not want to even consider working with Networx. When I got home I found the Email from Jordan in my “spam” mailbox. Without even reading it I sent the following response:

“My boss (The owner of the company) told me to not even CONSIDER using your services.

Please do not contact us again (And I am archiving this Email in case you do) as we will consider it harassment

Thanks, and have a great day!

Ken”

At a little after 2:00 pm I received a call from Jordan. I asked him if he had read my Email response and he said he had not. I then proceeded to tell him (very firmly) that we had no intention of using his company’s services, and told him not to call me again, after which I hung up. A few minutes later I received a call from a different number, and it was him again. This time he was quite belligerent and I had to cut him off and tell him AGAIN to not contact us.

Over the next few minutes I received THREE more calls from him, each one from a different number. Each time I told him in VERY strong terms not to call me again. A SIXTH call came in, but this was a number that he had already used so I rejected it, and he has not (yet) called back.

I called in on December 19, 2016 to cancel my account. And the networx rep was asking me why over and over again . I told him I only had one answer for you so stop asking me the same question. Well he wasn'the too happy about that and he did stop my account and hung up on me. But, I was still getting leads so I called up to request all of my $96 but was told by customer service that it was only $28 . They kept billing me for leads after I stop my account withas the company. The customer service guy also hung up on me.

Company blatanty lies to it's clients.

I contacted a phone number initially researching pay-per-lead lead generation services for my business. First thing I noticed was the very high pressure sales tactics employed by the person who contacted me back. Every five words was pretty much give us money we charge you $500 and you can see how well it works. Asked where they source their leads from..their search engine ads and their website. So no free classified ad sites? No. Certain of that? Absolutely!

And guess what.. there they were right there on Craigslist using a different phone number and a non descript ad to get people to call and when they do they connect directly to Networx switchboard. I waited for them to call back and asked them about it. Guy hung up. Called back and tried again. Hung up on again. Filed a complaint with the BBB and still waiting for a response which will likely be no response at all from the compnay. And they keep taking peoples money and lying to them. Save your money and post your own CL ads. Seriously.
