Net Loan USA Patrick Walker/Michael Green Offered a loan of $5000 with a origination fee of $250 for security. Was sent very legit looking agreements that checked out on line. Could not find any scam alerts for Net Loan USA online. Day 1 sent origination fee. Told that application was submitted to late and money would go in the next day. Day two, asked to pay Taxes per Federal Loan regulations, should have checked this one out better. Was told the amount would be refunded in the loan. Sent with a tracer through Money Gram. Day 3, asked to pay Money Gram transfer fee of 285.00 Demanded my money back, informed them of tracers and all the security tracers on my computer (I work for a internet security company), informed them I would be going to VA JAG for assistance unless I got my money back, told me I had to pay a cancellation fee and I could spend my money on attorneys or the cancellation fee. Informed them I am a disabled vet, as is my Husband and we do not have to pay for JAG assistance. Started begging me to send in smaller and smaller amounts, still will not refund money already sent. Meeting with JAG next week.

I applied for an online payday loan. The company transferred $400 to my account. The man Jeremiah Smith told me that I had to show trust and send him $380 via Moneygram and he would give me the original amount in the morning. I did as I was told. My checking account has been closed because the check was a bad check. I contacted the company and told them what happened. They hung up and won't answer.

I recently had something traumatic happen and needed cash badly for household bills. Martin calls and says if I get a prepaid greendot visa/MasterCard that he could give me a $1500 loan sent to me through Western Union that day. Not even thinking about it I run to CVS with the money I borrowed from someone for my utility bills and buy a card to get the loan I desperately need. After being told not to activate the card I hurry and call Martin to provide him with what he needs so we can move along. 15 minutes later I got the call back that I needed to provide another greendot card for $111 to activate the code for Western Union and that the original $100 plus this $111 would be provided in the Western Union and not to worry. So I ask my roommate if I can borrow the $111 plus the cost of the card and off to cvs we go to get another card. Then comes the insurance, then the collateral which is 10%, all seperate cards and fees. So now we are looking at $280 more. After standing at western union for an hour I'm told the system is down by Chris now who sounds exactly like Martin and I'll have to wait till 11am the next day for my loan. The next day I'm told i need another $138 for another activation code because now it's coming through as a Money Gram. Then I'm told I'm not approved for the loan because of my credit and have to start the refund process. So I needed 7 greendot cards in total each over $100 for this loan I never got. Oh and it's $3 for each card which was an extra $21. After fighting now for 3 days now they have to verify who you are with a random deposit into one of your checking, savings, or credit card with that high of a limit. So at this point I'm out about $900 and something dollars and Chris, or Martin, or Kevin who all sound exactly the same with what sounds like an Indian accent, deposits a check through "deposit anywhere" for $989 that is rejected for poor quality. When I call to tell them this I get told the accounts department will fix it and they will call me in 15 minutes. Every time I called I was told they would call me back in 15 minutes and never did, I had to call a half hour later each time. 6 hours later still no check and they haven't called me I had to call them. Finally they tell me they made a random deposit on my capital one credit card and in the morning I had to go take it out at a bank as an emergency cash advance and money gram it back to them. After doing this I would get my total refund. Fees fees and more fees! When I see the actual $600 deposit I cut my losses and just paid my bills that I should have done originally but now I've borrowed money from every person I know. Now for hours I've been getting harassing phone calls and emails saying that the money they used to pay my capital one card was government money and if I don't send it back like being told to do so in the begiNing I'm committing a felony. How am I the one committing the felony when I'm still out over $300 plus all the miscellaneous fees for the little things?
