It is impossible to reach these people by phone or email; I was on hold for 50 minutes 3 different times and no one ever picked up. They do not reply to emails. You cannot change or cancel a payment on their website.

Yet another company that preys on people who find it next to impossible to get credit and figure they can treat you like s**t. Stay away.

When I was waiting for a phone call to get a loan from the bb&t Bank, an Internet lender called me (Raven). Since I was waiting for a call from the bank's lending unit, I mistakenly provided my bank account information and my address when accepting the loan.

The company immediately declared me eligible for a $ 148.75% annual interest rate loan, and quickly set up the loan agreement with the information they had received from me, even though it had not reviewed my terms of service! Immediately, I became suspicious of the contract and found out that the company had been deceived by contacting the bb&t bank.

I paid these scammers over $4900 on 11/14 as I grew tired of the 99% interest rate. They told me that my account was still accuring interest because I didn’t call them to tell them I was paying my account off. So I still owe $158.

How can interest accrue on a $0, since they have my bank account information they are able to take the money. I talked to a supervisor named Rochelle who of course tried to talk with a attitude pissed me off so bad! Her manger Danielle will also be ousted!

I was told that this would close my account. Scam scam don’t take a loan from these people they need to go out of business. Worst than a payday loan!!! I’ve paid these people alomost $10k on a $5k loan! Don’t do it.

The interest is 99% don’t do it. They know they could have waived that interest but because they have my bank account already they keep taking my money.

I borrowed $1000 from this company about four weeks ago. They have taken three payments out of my bank account of $65 for interest and four dollars for principal. According to my contract they will continue to take it out of my bank account without my permission for every paycheck. It will not start paying more than four dollars towards the principal until after December 2015. Right now I O more than I borrowed and they have taking money out of my bank account on my pay days without my permission. Apparently it's in my contract. For those consumers who are living paycheck to paycheck like myself please do yourself a favor and don't borrow money from this company I'm surprised that they are actually operating.
